Thank you Mirowski and special thanks to Heather!!!!

But the buyer was to confused on whom to believe, an actual foundation company or an inspector who doesn't know anything about structure if he can't find a crack but yet kept saying it was structure, lol oh well guess what, the Mason company came out and fixed the expansion joint above the window, he said it happens all the time where the builder doesn't put enough expansion joints by windows. Something an inspector should know, not just immediately go to, oh it's structural.

They found the reason for it was an issue with standing water in the crawl space. The solution was easy to figure out. They had to do mold remediation and then I had them install a vapor barrier, a French drain and a sump pump after correcting the level of the ground so it drained correctly to ensure it didn't become a reoccurring issue. They came out and did all of this in a timely fashion, and believe me I am glad that I had them do the inspection and fix the issues because frankly mold is just no joke and something you DO NOT want to play around with. I am so glad I had Dog Gone Mold come out and address the issue. I sleep so much better at night knowing I am not breathing that stuff in.

I would not recommend this business for any type of home service. I initially reached out because…read moremy washing machine had a faulty lid-lock and I also needed a Tesla charger installed in my garage. While he did complete the charger installation without issue, the problems began with the washing machine. He assured me he could repair it and proceeded to order a replacement part from Amazon. The part didn't fix the issue, and he then told me he wouldn't be able to return to remove it for about two weeks. He suggested I call another appliance specialist, which I did. The new technician told me that no reputable repair professional would ever order washing machine parts from Amazon, as doing so can cause permanent damage. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened--my washer's circuit board was fried, and I ultimately had to purchase a new machine. While he was at my home, he also left his toolbox behind. I texted him about it, and he said he was busy for the next two weeks but would let me know when he could pick it up. After a week and three days with no follow-up, I reached out again for a firm date and time. The screenshots attached show the conversation that followed. He left my home messy and did not clean up after himself. His demeanor throughout the process was extremely unprofessional. I followed up only because he said he would get back to me, and when I held him accountable, he responded poorly. If you need any kind of home service, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. A professional, well-run business would never speak to a client the way he did or handle a job with such carelessness.

I would not recommend using this business for any home service needs. My fiancé, Tommy T., has…read morealready shared his experience, and I am adding my perspective as well. From the beginning, we made it clear that we needed an exact date and time for when he could come by and grab his toolbox, which he left at our house. We both work full-time, so coordinating who can be home is essential. The technician told us he was busy for approximately two weeks but would inform us when he could return to retrieve his toolbox and proceed with the repair. Over a week passed without any update. As a business owner, it is the owner's responsibility to communicate with clients regarding scheduling, timelines, and any delays. When my fiancé followed up, the technician responded in a highly unprofessional manner, including the use of profanity. Using inappropriate language toward clients reflects a lack of professionalism and respect. He accused my fiancé of "spreading toxicity," yet the only toxic behavior we encountered was in the tone and content of his own messages. This level of disrespect, especially coming from a business owner, is extremely concerning. Regarding the services requested, we initially inquired about installing a Tesla charger. Immediately afterward, we asked whether he also repairs washing machines, and he stated that he does. He was fully aware that the consultation was for both the charger installation and the washing machine repair; this was communicated clearly, and he acknowledged it. He also mentioned that his company policy prohibits ordering appliance parts from Amazon, yet he asked us to order the parts on his behalf. This alone indicates that he knew the practice was inappropriate. We ultimately had another appliance specialist come to evaluate the washing machine. That technician was visibly frustrated by the poor quality of the previous repair attempt. He explained that a reputable repair professional would never use Amazon-sourced parts for appliance repairs and was surprised by the overall lack of proper workmanship. We did pay him for what he asked for installing the charger, which he did do well. We did not pay him for any washing machine repairs as he did not repair it. We bought the part ourselves because he told us it was against his policy. Overall, our experience reflects unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and questionable repair practices. I strongly advise others to consider a more reliable and respectful service provider. Below are screenshots showing he understood that the consultation included both the charger and the washing machine, and also stating that he knew it was not in the best interest to use an Amazon part for a repair.

I recently purchased a house in Springfield which was built in 1965. The wiring was ummm, creative…read moreto say the least as the fuse box was built into the rock fireplace wall, right next to the fireplace itself. It was a 100 amp coming off the street to a 60 watt fuse panel, so I needed a 200 amp upgrade, with the fuse box upgraded to a breaker panel and relocated to the far side of the house. A fan and new can lighting needed to be installed throughout. A new circuit also needed to be dropped into the kitchen and every single switch and all the plugs needed to be checked with the majority of them needing to be changed out. New smoke detectors had to be installed and tied together. Oh, and the original fuse box had a dead mouse wedged between the fuse panels just for good measure. Let's just say it was just a super bad scene overall. Fortunately I knew in advance of buying the house that this would need to be done, so I was aware going into it that it was going to cost some coin, but even I was surprised at how bad the electrical issues were. Levi Bonnivier came to the rescue without a minute to spare. He reviewed the situation, went through the costs and requirements of fixing the situation, and then spent the next four days straight rewiring the house and installing the lights. He explained what was required by code, what the inspection process with the city would be. The cost of doing all of this was considerable, but not nearly as significant as I thought it would be, and certainly less than the cost of replacing my house due to an electrical fire. While I was chasing down my painter and other contractors, begging, pleading and using the whip to get them to do what a I paid them for, Levi just kept trucking on, arriving each morning at eight and working through the day until he went home. He never blew off showing up. He never needed checking up on. He was professional, polite, and cleaned up after himself AND my painter who just left debris laying about. I am telling you this guy is a total rock star. Check out his Facebook page, as he documented the work on my house there and he has multiple other videos showing his work. I just can't recommend Levi enough. Best contractor I have ever had bar none!

It hasn't even been a year. He also was not successful in installing the Ring Camera/Transformer at my home. He had to come back several times to re-do the work that he said he completed in April after I arrived home in July. $21,000 I paid Mr. Bonnivier was not well spent.
