I called and even with his busy schedule he came the very next morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even had to wait about an hour and a half for the supply company to bring the new pump. He always goes above and beyond and it's obvious that customer service is his number one priority. I recommend him to everyone because it's so rare to find someone so honest who truly cares about their customers anymore. If I could give him 10 stars, I would, he's that good!!!!
