Let me begin by saying I hope we can find a way to benefit one another but as of now I am very disappointed. No communication, poor service. Only way they tell you something is up... don't pick up trash. No conversation, no letter, no trying to provide quality service. I wish Bubba's would have never purchased DB. For 30 years my trash has been picked up by the house at the end of my driveway! But now they want me to take it all the way down to the edge of my property, 1/4 mile from my house. I have a huge gravel covered area to turn around. Their service sucks, their old driver picked it up fine but now, no, now they want to change it. If we had a conversation and worked together maybe it'd work out but for 30 years it's been fine. I am a disabled veteran, my neighbor is very old and has bad knees. But they want us both to roll a trash can down 1/4 of a mile, on a gravel road, and walk 1/4 of a mile back because they don't want to drive up and turn a truck in 1.5 acres of turning space... horrible service since acquiring DB. read more
