Recently Makita 21" cordless mower repaired in under 2 weeks. Both were better after repair than when new. They help you in the door and out the door. Big box warranty experience is months waiting, phone calls, ultimately blame the user and try to charge as much as possible rather than honor warranty. That would be Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot in my experience. Team Tools is old school customer service. As long as they keep it up will never buy anywhere else.

They also had the pink dogwoods and agreed to hold the pines for me. Three days later I drove from Lake of the Ozarks to pick them up. From the time I entered the store the experience was fantastic. They knew who I was and a very knowledgeable young many showed me both of the things I was looking for (Luke). I ended up buying two pink dogwoods and seven pines. Luke loaded them in my truck with care. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Moreover, the selection and vigor of plants that they carry is astounding. Terrible customer service. We have spent over $3,000 here on landscaping products. What was not explained was that the product would be dumped off a truck from over 4' in the air and that all of our rocks would be broken and useless. After calling the company to try to discuss a resolution, Robin offered no solution, basically told me I was an idiot for not knowing what their delivery truck was capable of and then hung up on me. Do not do business with this company, especially if you have no personal option to get your product from the business to you.
