I sat and petted their dog and watched a pair of hummingbirds that were nesting in the greenhouse about how smart are these birds going directly to the source of a lot of blossoms. Even though I had no intention of buying anything at that point Evelyn took the time to explain several different kinds of plants I was unsure about listen to information I had on several plants that she did know by the name I used. That was wonderful to be able to talk to someone who knows a lot about plants and was willing to share her knowledge and then generously she shared to go crazy daisies with me. I will go back and buy some plants when we drive back out after memorial day because it's the service you get that really makes a customer want to come back and Evelyn went above and beyond!

I just wanted to exchange it. I'm aware EPA requires all the oil and fuel to be drained, and we did that. But the gas tank was still wet inside and still smelled of gas, so the clerk refused to exchange it. I said I'd take and turn it over to try to get the last few drops out, and she told me I couldn't do that. I had to ask for management. The clerk then told the supervisor that I was threatening to poor gas out in the parking lot! He looked in the tank and could see it was actually drained of fuel and proceeded to exchange it, after telling me not to argue with his clerk. While his clerk stood by complaining that she now smelled like gas and complaining because the supervisor interrupted the sale she was making to complete the exchange. The customer service is severely lacking and the clerk's attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary. I paid for an extended warranty, and inside track and now I hope I never have to set foot in this store again!?
