Tried it out the first time and the food was great for a bar. Have been back a few times and always had good friendly service and great food. Try the brisket toasted ravs! This place might be a little pricey but it is smoke free so I guess that makes up for it. Will return for sure! read more

Everything we had to eat was absolutely fantastic. We had the poutine for an appetizer and it was probably the best I've ever had. The fries were nice and crispy, and held up under the gravy, which was delicious. We JP's smashburger was fantastic, as good or better than any burger you'll get anywhere. The monte cristo was one of a kind and awesome. I've only had monte cristo's that were griddled before, but this one was battered and deep fried and it is something everyone must try. Giant thumbs up on all the food we had. We ate there during Sunday NFL football games and there were plenty of tv's with all of the games on. Highly recommend this new place. read more

We literally rolled in with 18 kids and their parents from the local baseball tournament. The staff was so incredibly great! They were friendly and worked together to get us drinks and food so fast. I think we were there just a little over an hour. We were super impressed with the food and service! We were out on the patio which was really great. The staff did an amazing job!!! This is my go to bar in St. Charles County. JP practically lives there. He hires a great staff and their cooking is phenomenal. Every time I go, packed or dead, food comes out at the same time and it's always hot. Their menu is pretty straight forward as far as bar food goes. JP and his team make it all fresh; can't go wrong with this place any night of the week. Oh and they have BBQ specials too from time to time, must try. Food was absolutely amazing. I got the monte cristo and husband the jp double smash burger. Both were totally home runs. The service was friendly and went over and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. Lots of tables, huge bar, plenty of TVs and even a patio. The owner of this establishment is the rudest person I have encountered in a very long time. This was my first, as well as my last visit. A friend organized a night out for a group of us to remember a friend of ours that passed 1 year ago. We were also there to see Ruby Leigh who is amazing! ( Go see her somewhere else) I am not sure what happened before I arrived but the owner had it out for our group by the time I arrived. They were busy and from what I understand someone moved some chairs. I get becoming annoyed with one person. The owner was however rude to our entire group the entire time. Service was mediocre, it felt like the server had been instructed to ignore us. I ordered a chicken sandwich that I personally watched the owner parade around the entire restaurant. He never approached our table with my sandwich. I had been in the same seat at the same table the entire time. I would also like to add that I wasn't drinking alcohol. I watched him take the sandwich to several tables, I tried to wave him over but he was blatantly ignoring our table. He then took my sandwich back to the kitchen and our server brought it back out and directly to me. Amazingly enough my fries were still hot. It was a regular chicken sandwich, somehow still hot after its trip around the entire restaurant. It was nothing outstanding or amazing. I would like to add that I cooked professionally for 28 years and I would never treat customers the way that our group of approximately 20 paying adults were treated. Ironically enough a table of 4 drunk women walked out on their $150 tab while he was busy being rude to us. Normally I would feel bad for the owner of a small business if this happened. This guy deserved it. I will never go back to this restaurant for any reason. read more

Was there for World Cup game Monday the 21st. Bartender stole or lost my credit card. I started tab and she kept my card. Asked owner what they normally do when someone runs a tab and he said they give the card back. She decided to "keep" it and when it was time to close out my card was gone, nobody could find it. Talked to owner and he did nothing to fix problem other than saying we'll call you if we find it. Don't go or if you do watch what the bartenders are doing with your cards. 0 star won't be back, and was planning on watching more games there. read more

Well, so do not get the side salad. Like a complete waste of time, unless you want a shot of salad dressing. My boyfriend originally ordered wings with the side salad, only to be saddened by this joke, and ordered fries after sending it back. The wings were very good. I ordered the chop salad (no bacon) and was so scared to see what I'd get.... but it was great. No worries, there. The lettuce blend was good, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The replacement fries were delicious. Drinks and service were spectacular. I'll come back, for sure. read more

1st time I went there great experience everything good 2nd time exact opposite when it's busy. Waited 45 minutes in a corner seat with a speaker so loud over my head I couldn't talk to my wife chicken sandwich was burnt like not just a little I had the taste in my mouth till I ate the rest of my wife's burger which was all right. Then waitress takes plates away and makes me wait around and ask for a check which should be on the table if all plates are gone. This is a new restaurant located in St Charles County. I heard great things about there Monte Cristo sandwich & wanted to try it for myself. It did not disappoint. It is very tasty!!! It came with a choice of side - fries or side salad - I chose the garden salad. The portion was huge. I could only eat half & took the other half home. My husband had the Smash Burger & fries. He said it tasted great. Everything we ordered was delicious . The staff was super friendly & we had excellent service. The waiter was always right there when we needed him for refills & he was quick to bring out to go boxes. Once we boxed up our food, he bagged it up for us & offered us to go cups for our drinks. I will definitely be back. There are several others things on the menu that I am looking forward to trying! If you have not been, put this on your list of places to try in the New Year. read more

This is the perfect little neighborhood hideaway, the food and the atmosphere was so refreshing. It was nice to be somewhere that wasn't commercialized like all the other restaurants down the road. I tried the monte Crisco and it brought back memories of my very first one I ever had, brought a smile to my face. We also had the poutine with the brisket on top and it was way more than two people could eat, portion was crazy large. I actually can say it tasted better than some I have had in Canada. read more

The pretzel and t-rav appetizers are soooo good. They also have delicious drinks and my favorite is the Kentucky fig and my wife's is the chocolate martini. We came for the first time on Saturday and we came back on Tuesday, because it was that good. Had a party of 7 at a table for 8, ate an early dinner and all of us had drinks. Two of our friends had to leave while the while the rest of us continued to have drinks and watch the Blues hockey game. We offered multiple times to share part of our table or move and told we were fine. Once the restaurant started getting busy We offered one more time to split our table for someone else to use. The owner/manager had the nerve to say " No, I need the whole table... Come on!", In a very unpleasant manner.
