They…read morewere supposed to also power wash or walkways but said they couldn't get to it till over a month later. When they did come back they did a really poor job. They left caked mud patches all over the place, broke a door of our garbage can bin, left that bin full of disgusting water and a pile of sludge, and still didn't take away the can of stain. As well they upset our neighbors when they tried to pour that sludge down the drains, which lead right into the Centerport Harbor. So now I had to repair the bin door and power wash the caked sludge off the stones.

He also transformed our raised vegetable garden by filling in the cracks in the wood and staining them with a beautiful color and water protectant. He even went above and beyond - when he saw things that needed fixing/correction he automatically tried his best to resolve it. For example he fixed a front porch light that was dented and he also did his best to remove the rust stains on the pergola. He was timely with his communications and service delivery. John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
