What an absolute joke of a company. Please read the screenshots attached. The owner kept making…read moreexcuses about why he couldn't keep promises or plans, couldn't get the color correct although he stated "I wrote everything down" When I confronted him about not being happy he threatened me called me a "little boy" and he "wished he'd seen me outside" I spoke to the supplier, who stated he's done this more than once. I made a police report regarding his verbal threats to me and my mother. He continued saying "hang up the phone I'll kick your ass right now" when I hung up, he verbally continued to threaten physical harm but refused to speak or actually approach, idle threats. He's an absolute joke, nothing but a salesman with a bad attitude, every serious question we had was followed up with "I'm the best" "I've been in business for 20+ years" and a ridiculous display of photos from a book that weren't even close to what we were discussing. It was a hand selected proof of narcissistic display of his ego. James lost two jobs mine and my parents house and his exact words were "you think I give a fuck about these two" A clear indication of how he feels about "customers" If you read the plenty of one star reviews on both Google and Yelp, they have a consistent pattern of excuses, unkept promises and a poor attitude. If you check out all of my reviews you'll notice that when a business does right I'm quick to compliment and praise. My messages to the owner (James) and my patter of praise when deserved will solidify that I do not write reviews to hurt genuine businesses as James said I would do while threatening to physical assault me. My evidentiary proof and pattern of honest reviews will speak for themselves. I have never ever called the police on a business owners actions. This is certainly a first and should scream red flags to anyone considering work with James.

They took the time to wait for the concrete to be *just* right before putting the finishing touches on it. I just had to take the time to write this review for Masone Masonry. Let me begin by saying that I…read morewas not asked to write it. Let me also say that when Mike Masone sat with us to plan out space and told me that the entire job would take under a week to complete, my first thought was "Yeah, right!! I'll be happy to have it done by the fall." This project entailed not only paving the yard with built in lighting, but also ripping out about 12 large trees, running a gas line, redoing my sprinklers in the back and front, replacing a very large area of grass, adding 13 bushes plus flowers, lining one side of the yard with small trees, enclosing the area under the stairs, paving the entire side of my house with concrete (after removing all the rocks), replacing a patch of missing stone on my house and building a stone BBQ area.....DONE IN 5 DAYS!!!!!! It's important for me to add that I am extremely fussy. This job was completed to PERFECTION. The gorgeous finished project was equally matched by the fabulous customer service. This entire team is prompt, patient, professional and these men literally work like machines!!! Mike went above and beyond in his attention to this job, answering every one of my questions and searching out the exact color and variety of every plant I wanted. The finished product is 100 times more beautiful than I could have even imagined. So, in conclusion, I'm not going to tell you to talk to Mike Masone for your project, I'm going to tell you that there's no need to even consider anyone else.

Perhaps it was their first job with me 4 years ago but I have learned a lot since they came and…read morewent. They did paver walkways and around thee pool at my house. The mistakes and poor workmanship are far tooo many to list here. They didn't even use polymeric sand as they were supposed to for the entire job. They did not lay a concrete foundation for the pavers, drilled holes for the pool ladder in the wrong spot requiring me to buy a new ladder, and there is much much more. My neighbor had recommended them but has now cut ties due to another job they screwed up. NOW, about 4 years later (the problems started at 1 year) I have to hire someone to power wash between my pavers, reset many of them and properly install the polymeric sand as should have been done at first. The pavers are tilting away from the walkway and the whole area that was not properly installed (most of it) needs to be re-done. Unless Corey has learned since doing my job how to do this work professionally, I would stay away from him. When confronted with the workmanship he was hostile to the point where he was intimidating and just stuck with the fact that he underestimated the cost. Now after all this time I have finally gotten the gumption to tell the story as it was. I have photos for proof of how he left the property. So, should you decide to use this firm, learn first about how it's supposed to be done and them watch and make certain they do it correctly.
