They only accept reservations for groups of 10 or more. We enjoyed the chicken with rice, grilled chicken and house chicken. Served with abundant beans and French fries and rice. The server was very nice. I recommend trying this place if you have never had Colombian food. It is a pleasant place to enjoy a healthy and a not too expensive Saturday night meal.

I'm not a Boston native, but this dining experience definitely made me want to move here…read more My family and I visited Capricho to celebrate my graduation after stumbling upon it the night before while having dinner across the street. We're so glad we decided to come back for such a special occasion. The atmosphere: Capricho has a charming and cozy dining room that creates an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. It's the kind of place that feels perfect for celebrating special moments with loved ones. The food: We were welcomed with complimentary plantain chips served alongside a light, fresh dipping sauce, which was a great start to the meal. My table opted for the prix fixe menu, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes. For starters, we ordered the Papas Rellenas and Yucca Croquettes. Both were light, flavorful, and paired beautifully with their accompanying sauces. We also added the Charred Octopus, which was incredibly tender, not chewy at all, and packed with flavor. For my entrée, I chose the Steak Frites, served with brussels sprouts and fries. I'm usually not a fan of brussels sprouts, but these were crispy, airy, and perfectly seasoned. The steak was cooked well, and while I enjoyed the dish overall, I do wish the fries had been cooked a bit longer, as they were slightly underdone for my preference. For dessert, I tried the Dulce de Maracuyá, a panna cotta-style dessert featuring mango and passionfruit flavors. It wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated, and the bright, fruity notes provided a refreshing end to the meal. The service: The service was fantastic. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and our server brought such great energy and personality to the experience. The hospitality felt genuinely personal and made our celebration even more memorable.

My husband and I saw this place open up and were very excited to see a new Colombian place near us…read more The service is amazing and everyone was so friendly. We had overall a great experience, the chorizo appetizer was by far our favorite and my husband (who is Colombian) said it tasted just like home. My only critique is that I wish they would lean more into the Colombian taste profile with some of their menu items (like the steaks). Theres a lot of American restaurants and pubs in the area and this would definitely stand out more!

Chicharron was great. - Arepa: looks like a tortilla, so not the typical thick arepas I'm used to. So felt like I paid $8 just for a tortilla and small block of cheese - Tostones con guacamole: I prefer my tostones to be crispier, but they had great taste. - Cazuela de Mariscos: Great flavor. I put it on top of rice and enjoyed it with the other food, otherwise too heavy/dense on it's own. I didn't enjoy the mussels (I love mussels). They were too gritty.

Chicharrón! Yes please!…read more This place is always so popular whenever we come in for dinner. There's usually a wait at the door to be seated because the place is always jam packed with people. It's really worth the wait because everything is so darn tasty! We have dined in a few times and it never disappoints. I always like to get the Paisa entree because it comes with a huge side of crunchy chicharrón which I love! The non-alcoholic drinks are very good. They have a coconut drink which tastes refreshing and it's not too sweet. They also have a few margaritas and other beers. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. And even though it's always busy it's not too chaotic and the service is pretty quick. The food is always flavorful and cooked perfectly! It tastes like a home cooked meal and it actually feels like I am visiting a relatives house for dinner. Everyone at the restaurant always has a smile on their face and it's always just a great dining experience. Whenever I am in town I always think of this restaurant!

Everyone was very happy with their food! I did wish there were more veggie sides or vegetables in my cachapas - it was pretty much all meat and carbs but the taste was perfecto. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained - there was one flickering light that gave me a mild headache, thus the four out of five. Service was outstanding!
