We received a quote, and a few days later they started work on the floor. The floor turned out great, looked nice, clean lines, and just needed to be grouted. In the meantime they started the shower tile. We noticed after the first day, halfway through the project that it was not coming out as expected. The lines of the cuts were were not straight and it looked poor. We contacted John who assured us it would all work out When his employee returned the next day and tried to fix the issues he revealed he wasn't confident working with the type of tile we were using. He was ready to just cut us a check for the portion of the shower we had paid up front. They did not have someone who could come in and do the shower. Not sure why they would take a job that was out of their scope. Frustrating. I will say, we appreciated the employee's honesty when he realized he was in over his head. And they did make it right by returning the portion of the money we paid toward the shower already and agreed to cover the cost of the replacement tile. Due to these reasons, I'm disappointed but at least we didn't lose any money, just time.

Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units. They put down tarps and the area was left cleaner than when they got here! And it works. Great! I'd recommend Davis to anyone who needs to have HVAC work performed!

USAA Claim #028435000-803 remains open with no coverage decision as of 4/17/26. ATI has not provided insurance info or reimbursement. I cannot recommend this vendor. Invoice and photos available. Update: Will revise if ATI or USAA resolves the $1,100 damage. Yelp Review - Copy/Paste: 1 star. USAA sent ATI Restoration for water damage. ATI techs hit a heating pipe during demo, slapped a clamp on it, and left. I paid $1,100 out of pocket for emergency repair because USAA said "it's under investigation." I had damage from a storm and I was told the process would be done within 3-4 weeks max. The adjuster came out right away, then it took another 2 weeks for the 2nd adjuster (idk why a second adjuster was really needed), then the contractor finally showed up after 4 weeks and many many calls. I was told the work would take another few weeks. Now that everything is complete, I cannot get a detailed list of the repairs/costs. I finally paid the last amount due and I give up! They kept putting items in the bill that they did not fix so I kept asking for an adjusted contract. I had to keep chasing them down and they blamed it on me. They said I made changes...(I removed work from the list just to get things done. We did alot of the work ourselves because we got no response from them.) Bottom line...I don't find this company trustworthy at all.

My next project will be having them install new interior banisters.The price was ok. I was thinking about a lower price. But, I admit, I don't do this job and I had no idea of the price range.
