The two gentlemen --- Javier and Juston --- that came worked well together and were very professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant! I can't say enough about how wonderful it all turned out. I did some online research, asked some Edison Facebook groups, etc and heard Joe was a great home improvement professional with fair pricing. I connected easily with Joe who works well through phone or text. This was nice because I have had issues with responsiveness with other contractors and home improvement and lawn companies. Many companies would not pick up and if I left a message either not call back or call back weeks later. Anyway, Joe came to review all the items wanted help with such as a TV mount, a ceiling fan install, garbage disposal, driveway light install, etc and was very kind and patient with explaining everything we had to know. He then later emailed us a very detailed PDF estimate with all the information we could need on making decisions to move forward with the projects. This was great! A couple weeks later we reconnected with Joe and we scheduled him to come do the projects. My husband did a work from home while Joe worked away (since Joe owns this small business his hours are only on weekdays and not weekends). Joe did a wonderful job on all the projects he worked on and we are in absolute awe of our new home improvement projects. He also sets up a neat workspace and ensures he cleans up after all his work. It's been a couple months since and everything has been looking great and working great. Very happy to have found Joe and his craftsmanship. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for home improvement help!

He…read moreis professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, informs you of his progress of the job, and reasonably priced for what needs to be done. His communication skills are excellent and the quality of his work is excellent as well. He goes above and beyond what's expected and needed. Even though my brother is developmentally disabled, he's able to live independently with help from me. This is quite a task since I live 2600 miles away from him. My brother recently had a flood in his kitchen from a broken dishwasher that leaked into the condo downstairs from him. I called John Uken (JP Contracting) to fix the damaged cabinet and flooring beneath the sink, work with the granite vendor to replace the kitchen countertops, install new sink, and replace and install new dishwasher. John emailed and texted me the job invoice and was in constant communication with me and my brother. John treated my brother with respect and dignity and was able to schedule the repairs in a timely basis. He texted me photos of the work he did as well as the completed job. Both myself and my brother love the work that was done. I highly recommend John Ukdn-JP Contracting; he's excellent.

My contract with Bryan's Home Improvement Handyman Services company has recently been happily…read moreconcluded. The project included painting the entire outside of my house, replacing rotting wood, installing or repairing four windows, and some electrical work. I was looking for a contractor with the staff to handle all of these functions. Not easy to find. The results were outstanding, and frankly, better than I expected. Here are the highlights: Excellent staff, neat, clean, reliable, and hard-working. Management: Outstanding, professional oversight by management. All work was written in a contract. As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. Bryan will be my 'go-to' contractor as I have future project needs, big or small.

They worked quickly, quietly and with skill. I could not have asked for better. Mr. Grubb was very responsive to emails and quick to address all our concerns. Thank you for the good work.

I just wrote the same review on google but am posting it here as well as I was so happy with my…read moresiding job. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. Five stars, and if you can, request Chris and Oleg by name as your crew.

I found Jon here on Yelp and called to see if he was interested in replacing my water softener and installing a rather large whole-house carbon filter. He asked me to email him the link to carbon filter I was considering, to get the ball rolling, and then he responded telling me the filter was appropriate so I could order it online. He scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then to complete the work, both in a timely manner. He gave me an estimate of time and his hourly rate which was very fair. I was impressed with the design of the brass pipes he built to my filter and then to my softener. He mounted the filter in a position so that it will be easy to replace the cartridge, and I am sure planned it that way. He also quickly fixed a leak in the basement sink faucet and installed a new faucet/drain in the bathroom. Jon is humble but confident, the type of confidence that can only come from having the proper education and experience.
