This is probably the worse customer experience I've ever seen. Here is the scenario of what…read morehappened(might I add for a $20k awning). 1) awning was 3 months late on installment. 2) awning was not installed properly and was not up to code. When notified about this, they ignored calls for months until I showed up in person. 3) awning had constant issues. Drain pipes didn't align and constantly dumped water on couch or didn't shut. 4) Shortly out of warranty, the remote stopped working. Likely due to water damage(my fault) when asked how to fix it, they required a "service call" fee of $225. They showed up, identified it was broken and sent a quote for $310 to replace. Highly recommend against using these guys. Very shady business. Certainly do not give them your money until things are resolved.

Absolutely incompetent. Yelp needs a zero star option…read more This was supposed to be a simple bath remodel through a big box home store that is NOT Home Depot. I'm now 10 weeks in to a 4 week project. You are NOT getting Haston's A team on not-Home Depot's jobs. Their mistakes have been numerous and almost comical: pouring the mortar for the shower pan before checking drain alignment, leaving the shower wall insulation laying on the bathroom floor after the shower walls were closed up, their electrician needed to check the manufacturer's website to figure out how to install the heated floor that not-Home Depot recommended to me, the tile pattern was not centered correctly and had to be torn out, no plan for niche edges, just intended to leave them rough cut, hardie board on shower walls (third time, mind you!) was not level, large gaps between pieces and in corners (tape doesn't make up for poor board work, y'all!). And not-Home Depot seems puzzled that I won't let these clowns back in my house!

If this is your contractor, exit now and save yourself. They mess up consistently and keep promising to "make it right." I learned too late that it's a common practice with Haston General Contractors - awful GC.
