My first experience was paying for 3 yards of compost. Well my truck could only hold 2 1/2 cu yds without a tarp and after going back in to speak with the young lady at the table, she wrote on my receipt for me to be able to come back and get the remaining compost with no hassle. The compost was of great quality. And my mother in law was very impressed. The reason this was such a surprise to me because I live literally 5 minutes or less away from another company like this in Matthews. I thought they had the best prices until my MIL showed me the price sheet for Visions. Fast forward,now I drive 15+ mins to Visions to get my black mulch at about $35 a cu yd when I was previously paying $40ish cu yd for less quantity and quality. The mulch is nice and dark and it last a lot longer than the previous store I was getting it from. 2 weeks ago I was spreading mulch and ran out maybe a half of a yard short. While not having much time to get back to Visions(about an hour before the closed) i decided to go to the company right down the street from me. I walk in and ask the lady for 1/2 cu yd of black mulch. She informed me that they were out and for some reason no one in the area could get black died mulch in stock due to covid. Now this was funny as I literally just biut some some Visions a couple of hours prior. Needless to say, I waited until Monday and went back to get another yard. I would definitely recommend Visions as I have already to my neighbors.

We spoke a little longer about the type of repairs and options for an upgraded shingle from what I was using at no additional cost. My wife and I decided to have it looked and sure enough there was sufficient damage that was covered by insurance. We schedule and date. The singles were delivered the day prior to the build. The next day the roofing team was at the house tearing off the old shingles and replaced them in one day. They protected all my plants and outdoor furniture and let use know priority what to expect and what to do before they stated. I was told it would be about six weeks before he could get to my floor. I waited six weeks to call, when I called I had to leave a message. The call was returned and I was told it would be the middle of November, another six weeks. I posted a note on Mint Hill Carpets Facebook - his reply was I'm sorry I could not get you on my schedule. This company wasted over 2 months or more of my time. I now have to start over looking at floors again. I was so upset with this company. Based on a conversation I heard while in the store, it appears I got ditched for a larger church job. That is not the way you do business. That was my recent experience.
