Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. I am not pleased at all with this company and how courtesy was not shown at all. Ladies please don't use this company As you will get take advantage of.

Immediately, we were greeted by a very friendly man named Bryant, who I believe is the owner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He had me get behind the wheel and rev the engine a few times as he watched the engine. He said that only two mounts were bad! And he explained why he knew that. We were very lucky as he was able to fit us in that morning, and a couple hours later, and more than half the price, my mom's car was good as new! Bryant knew what she was bringing the car in for, and what she was told at Firestone. He could have easily just come in a couple hundred dollars under that and taken her for a ride. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and to my mother. He even drove us to Lake Ave so we could walk around while he worked on the car, and offered to pick us up! The dealer said it needs to be towed in, so I thought I'd try Armando again. Another terrific experience - he had a driver here within 20 minutes.
