From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

I said it was some individual that i paid to take the photo and we were given full resolution of the photo to prints and There is no copyright mark on the photo either, and i do not have the contact of that person on top of my head. What makes them to question and give me all sort of trouble on family photos that has no watermark or copyright marking on? They are asking this kind of question just because they look at my photo and said they think it is proffesionally taken and wont release it. I have to spend a long time going through my phone trying to find the contact of the photographer , when finally i got a text picture of the print release, then they said it needed to be printed out !!!!! Talked to the store manager and he supported this stupic practise too !!! If walmart suspect of the copyright of the picture, they should ask for the print release upfront ! By online, phone or email before even printing something that they believe has copyright issue. Instead, they stupidily went ahead, print out all the picture, and send me email telling me "order is ready for pick up", DIDN'T mention they want print release. Then when i am there,the person at counter look at the picture, and ask for print release!!! Because he said he think it is proffesionally taken photo and want print release!!!!! I came here in a rush to get some pictures done for my granddaughter's birthday party this Sunday. They took really good care of me here and got the pictures done lickety split. So I went in to get my iPad Air fix. I was told I need a new screen. I get a call that it wasn't…read morethe screen and it was loose wire so they reconnected and just charged me for labor. But when I got my iPad back they chipped it and scratched inside of it when taking screen off and left glue residue when putting it back together. They are honest with their job but not safe with customer items. They should not rush things in my opinion and own up to their mistakes and just fix it.
