I have had great experiences here with many of the technicians, but recently have been very impressed with Jason. He is thorough and cleanly - he wears gloves from start to finish, which in my mind, just makes sense. I've always struggled with dry cuticles, hang nails, and aberrant nail growth on my right thumb. I can't cover it with nail polish due to my work, so it needs to be filed and buffed. Jason got to work, and my nails look great just to my liking - a buff manicure. I had been procrastinating on getting my mani/pedi because of the bad experience I had in Milwaukee right after I moved here. Since then, we have finally found our home in Pewaukee and I knew I had to find a place. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by the owner and he took me to my chair right away. I was assigned to Suki and she was just a doll! She took very good care of me and she was such a delight to converse with, I didn't even sleep during my pedi like usual.
