I was shocked and disappointed to see it happen here. It's a shame because even though they assured me that going forward it would be done right, I can't go there. Trust has been compromised and I can't support a business that engages in these kinds of scams, then lies to cover it up. Now i can't walk to my dry cleaner, but at least I'll hopefully get what I'm asking for (and paying for).
