My husband usually dry clean his work shirts here, and so far the survival chance for all of them are 100%! No failure! I remember one of year end, I sent my dress to this store for dry clean, and the result was satisfying, too. However, the service for my dress was a little bit over $10/pc, comparing to my husband's oxford shirt of about $2/pc Very reasonable price range, considering the time we saved and the importance of those items to us. Both the man and woman behind the counter are short with customers, they charge more than the price they said an item was on the phone, it's like they don't even attempt to get stains out, my clothes somehow smell worse when I pick them up, and all my shirts are poorly pressed, if you would even use that term (they all have multiple creases pressed into the fabric which takes me 20 minutes to iron out once I get home).
