I wish they have a price chart for all items but the cashier said they don't and it's based on their experience, which makes no sense. The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

The stains ran the gamut from sweat to wine to who knows what, and they had all been through intense treatment either by us at home or by other dry cleaners. We took all of them in to Joseph Cleaners as a last resort, with the expectation that they'd return still damaged and we'd need to get rid of them. Four days later, every single item is pristine. I wish that I had taken before photos, because after photos alone of crisp, new looking clothes obviously wouldn't do justice to the work. I'll need to update my review the next time i get a bad stain removed to show what they're able to do but, for now, just trust me that this is the place to go to revive your clothes in need of care.

Sadly, no freeloaders. -Dryers are $0.25 for 8 min and really work. -Out of order signs let you know which machines will steal your quarters. -Stay in and do your own, or drop it off (if you drop it off, be sure to get a Frequent Washer Card for 20lbs of free drop off laundry after you get 10 punches). -Most of the employees are very nice, but very shy. Hates: - Not enough seating (only 2 small benches) - They often lose one of my socks when I do drop offs. Just one, but never the same one twice. - Video Games and TVs often annoying loud when I am trying to read. But all in all, this is a better laundromat than most. I just wish they would stop losing my socks!
