I was convinced to give them a second try to fix it. What I got back the second time was a sweater that had been unevenly pulled and stretched, and now looks misshapen. A nice sweater that I could wear as part of a business casual outfit ruined. My cleaning fee was refunded, but no offer to pay for the sweater.

On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

I have had the bad luck of having a number of debit cards lost and/or stolen over the past year and have had to replace them each time. This happened again recently, and when I called to give them the new number, they said that there was no delivery that day and I would have to come to the store to pick up my cleaning (claiming the store closed at 6pm. When I got to the store, the woman said they would no longer deliver because there were "problems with my credit cards", this after eight years of steady business. The woman seemed very unconcern when I told her I could take my business elsewhere. Not a great way to treat a good customer after 8yrs of business.

Isntead I had use 3 washing machines." And got told Fuck you as one of the workers stepped out and continued to talk about my dog.
