We left and called this store to order some boots that liked online that ended up being the wrong size. We were offered the opportunity to return them initially or go to another red wing store. No red wing store had them in stock so we called Orem to ask if we could order the right pair. We were told we would get a call back from Aimee in 30 minutes when she got to work but it ended being 4 days later. To our surprise it was the manager of whom we had never spoken to outside of just seeing him at Orem who called and refused to help. He stated that we knew it was a discount store and that all sales are final. We told him that although they are a discount store, we called in to give Aimee the commission on creating an order for us on a style we viewed online and that they were the wrong size. We told him that we needed to hurry and get a solution to this situation but he refused and started to give us a number for customers care then hung up. We called back and got no answer.Now we are stuck with a pair of boots that don't fit. If you go here and see a guy with a long beard with an attitude. Walk out. This Red Wing franchise doesn't deserve to be associated with such a good boot maker. While trying on my size William (the manager) offered to clean the dust off my boots, re-moisturize the leather and spray it with a weather resistant spray. Immaculate service by these two. They also mentioned a promotion they're having by scratching off a ticket to get a random discount on a pair of shoes. I got 25% off up to 4 pairs of shoes, so I walked away with 2 purchases and a discount of over $50. Great price for what I got! highly recommend these guys!
