They even have an impressive shoe department that doesn't only have sports shoes and hiking boots, but work shoes and boots as well. The full firearm counter and great selection of fishing supplies keeps me coming back. I also buy my work boots there. The boots are as good as they get and the price is even better. Make sure and get on their email list for lots of great specials in addition to their regular ads. There are larger sporting good stores in Provo but Big 5 is home town themed and their service is top notch. Their staff is well trained and knowledgeable and the store manager will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need.

When we went to return and pay the girl kept saying our transaction would take to long and would skip over us to help anyone else walking up behind us in line. The final straw was when she skipped over us again, mind you she was in the middle of our transaction, and helped a couple who had just walked in. I have 18 month old twins who at that point were done and started letting us know they were done. So we left leaving behind all of our purchases. We ended up getting the returns done in Provo but did not buy the extra pairs we originally planned on getting. Worst service!!!! Won't be going back.
