My old boots tread looked like slippers and I slide all over during winter time. So not only was the gentleman worked very thorough in helping me find a new pair for winter, he also helped sent off my old boots (which are older than my 4 yr old) back to the factory to re-sole and fix some of other minor damage to my boots. Over all it was a great experience, the store is a little small compared to other locations, but since its close to my home town I want to support the smaller guy and forget the big box stores or Amazon.

After I decided to book it, I went to scope out the store and that's when I realized that there really aren't very many options for majority of the women that I would have invited. I mentioned this to them and that I decided against booking for this reason. No response. At all. Fast forward to a few months later. I had stopped in and was searching for a top and was leaving with nothing in hand. A person stopped me (it appeared that she was a manager or perhaps the owner) and I kindly explained that I wasn't able to find anything that would fit me. I was bit embarrassed and self conscious (she was very small/fit and though I know that I work out and eat healthy, I still feel self-conscious about my size in situations like this) but not rude. I felt like she didn't hear me and barely acknowledged my response. I left feeling confused and embarrassed. For goodness sake, I shop in the regular sizes and at other boutiques... and don't think anyone should be embarrassed to shop for clothing in their size. I haven't been back unfortunately because of this experience. I've provided feedback via social media as well as to a manager to consider adding larger sizes to their inventory. I also find it a bit disorganized, there are things on sale throughout the store, but then there's also a sales room in back. The store itself is clean (like there aren't clothes thrown about the store, things are tidy), I just think there's better ways to give your customers a better shopping experience. I love Duluth Trading as a brand itself. Though expensive, you get amazing quality, and pieces that'll last you much longer than other brands. They also love putting pockets on their stuff which I appreciate.
