There were interactions that felt dismissive and, at times, like our concerns were not being acknowledged. A pattern developed in leadership dynamics that made it hard for us to feel genuinely heard or respected. What was especially painful was that my wife was never truly given the opportunity to share her perspective. She invested an incredible amount of time and effort helping hold things together during a period when the church was without a pastor. To see that work undone so quickly was both discouraging and disheartening. Because of these experiences, our trust has been broken in a way that we do not feel can be repaired. For that reason, we cannot return. This was not a decision we made lightly, but it reflects our honest experience and the impact it has had on us.

But I'm so grateful that I now feel truly at home. I really appreciate FCC for many reasons, but the most valuable is the way they serve others in our community. We have several families who do not attend here but who are going through really tough times, and the church is always quick to step in and help during their moments of need. I work with a nonprofit that FCC supports, and they do an amazing job--always with respect and genuine love. It's inspiring to serve alongside others who truly understand how to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I also value that the Word of God is preached here without hesitation or shame. We all know no church is perfect, because none of us are, but what matters is the love and commitment they show to living out Jesus's commands and ensuring that when you are ready to make the lifelong commnitment to welcoming Jesus into your life and heart the leadership here will walk alongside you so that you have a solid foundation and understanding of that choice.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a very family-oriented church with a warm, small-town feel that instantly made us feel at home. The message was heartfelt and meaningful, and you could really feel the sense of community throughout the service. My daughter absolutely loved the kids ministry -- she got to ginger paint and play with other kids, which made the experience so much more special for both of us. The doctrine is solid ! The pastor and his wife are on fire for the lord and there's line by line Bible reading and given with a lot of context so that way your not deceived and you know what your reading ! He encourages you to read your Bible for yourself and not to put him on a pedestal but leave that space for Jesus only ! Honestly I've been going here for almost a year and I've already grown and learned so much. This church has definitely sharpened me and helped me in my walk with the lord. I truly believe God led me here and planted our family because we were looking for a while for a home church and after 13 churches this was the one! Still praising God that we met a lady named Kendra and she invited us to this church! The woman here like Kendra , Desiree , misty , rosi , Rea and more are so wonderful ! They have a ministry for literally everyone and everything and the children's ministry is so rich and Christ focused on, I see my daughters being sharpened as well. This is definitely not a lukewarm church it's a spirit filled church with lots of growth and great Bible teaching ! Love the worship team too they are so amazing , I truly feel the lords presence when they sing for him. I could go on and on about how great this church is. I attend Tuesdays(Womans Bible study) , Wednesdays(mid week), Fridays(homeschool co-op) and Sundays (church service ) and whenever there is an outreach on a Saturday !
