We live in an old house, so it sadly came with the territory and we had to hire their services for repairs that were beyond our skill level. Our trust with them came to a screeching halt when the time came that I needed to speak with management. We've had an almost 3-year HVAC issue, where five different technicians kept doing leak searches (and charged us for all of them) with no offers for long-term solutions. After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. They all hide behind the veil of their customer experience team who unfortunately don't make the decisions. I've never been so relieved to move on from a company whose leadership doesn't value their members.

After Troy messed with my furnace it no longer worked, he told me it was a house problem and left. The report he sent to American Home Shield was full of information that he had no way of knowing. They are getting paid to make sure claims get rejected and left my family and my two year old son without heat in 13 degree weather. Troy is the reason my furnace broke. They are dirty people, just trying to make money off home warranties.

Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

We asked for quotes to replace the unit as well as a quote to install a water softener. The quotes were outrageous! We asked for 4 quotes... one for a tankless water heater plus a water softener....$19,316! The next was for a 50 gallon tank water heater with a 10 year warranty plus a water softener....$13 , 023. The next quote was for a 50 gallon water heater with a 6 year warranty plus a water softener....$12,083. To have just a 50 gallon water heater with a 6 year warranty no water softener was $4500! Today we had another company come out and Mr. Quick was at least double the price of the company that came out today on all of the quotes! plus we had used the other company numerous times and have always been happy with their prices and service. The only reason we called Mr. Quick to begin with was that they had installed our old water heater 10 years ago. DO NOT trust their pricing ! They are at least double other reputable companies! AGAIN... OUTRAGEOUS PRICING! BEWARE !!!! They got a 1 star review because I couldn't give them anything less to post this review!

I called Mowery on the morning of July 4 for them to take a look at it, and they were able to send someone within an hour. The service tech, Kirk, was professional and personable. He worked quickly to find the issue, which was a bad capacitor in the outdoor unit, and was able to replace it with a new part he had on hand. Even with the holiday surcharge, the total cost was about what I expected, and Kirk was patient with me as he explained the cost breakdown. He was also very informative about what regular services they provide without being too pushy to sell something. Great services, great people!

They didn't know what was wrong with their AC unit after quoting 1000 thousands of dollars and kept trying to make an appointment for somebody to come out completely redo it we went with somebody else. I was let down because I thought these guys were good. They seem to have a good service plan and we may go with that but when we pay for a service call to find the problem you better find the problem before keep billing us for possible things that could be wrong.
