I could not be any happier, my Honda CRV was returned to be as if nothing had happen I was very, very happy with the work done. Chris is very professional, down to earth person which will try to make the process as easy as possible. They understand that you have gone thru a very bad situation and your upset not knowing what to do. Went to several body shops where I got the run around telling me that this was wrong and that, Yet Chris explained to me everything and told me when to bring in my car, when the adjuster was going to be there and the work was started. I was able to see my car at anytime which I went in several times with no problem. In those visits I made I saw numerous cars that came in a wreck and were turn to brand new ones again, could not believe it. My car was totally fixed and I was very happy with no complaints. In order for a job to be done correctly, time and patience is needed and that is what I gave them and I was happy I did, nothing was rushed. I highly recommend Joseph's Auto Center, they are the place I will and have taken my car to and when someone ask me I tell them take it there first you will not be disappointed. literally 1 week after I bought her a new Murano, my wonderful wife got rear ended, while at a stop sign visiting family. Not knowing where to go or what to do next, my brother in law recommended to bring the car to Josephs. b/c she was rearended, we needed to work via the young man that hit hers insurance. b/c the damage seemed minimal at first, the adjuster tried to play down the damage and the cost of the repairs. the guys at josephs helped me get the adjuster back and went through the damage w/ them and also explained it all to me. made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. bottom line here, many in this field are creeps, and only out for themselves. its rare you find someone that does the job right and professional... the quality of work looked completely new once done. they understand that when you wife is driving around w/ your 2 kids, the most important part of the repair is that its done right the first time, b/c the safety of those kids are more important than anything else in the world. I can't recommend Josephs more. I had some experiences w/ other shops in the past, both in NY and CT and no one has ever been as open/honest and timely as the guys here. This was my second time working with the guys at Joseph's. I dealt with "father" Joseph before his passing, and was genuinely pleased with the quality of the workmanship as well as the level of professionalism with which they handled my claim, and repaired my vehicle (a 1991 Silver Volvo Station Wagon) When they were finished, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Again, that was years ago. This time, when someone ran into my parked vehicle (a 2005 Buick LeSabre) and damaged it so bad that I could not open the door on the driver's side, I didn't even consider other repair centers. I called Joseph's. I was so very sorry to learn of "Papa Joseph's" passing, and was fearful that they might no longer be in the auto body repair business, but fortunately, Carl & Chris are still there, and still doing great work. The quality of service is still top notch, and the level of courtesy, professionalism, and workmanship is still of the level I had come to expect when I worked with their father years ago. I have read a bad review or two regarding Joseph's, but I cannot imagine what must have occurred in those cases because I have found their work to be second to none. Brought my car here after getting hit while parked. Chris, the owner, was one of the most helpful people. It was my first time having to put a claim in, and he walked me through the whole process. They (Chris and his staff) constantly keep you updated on the status of the car, and they keep you in the loop if anything changes. I picked up my car today, and the work was really exceptional. The side that he worked on looked much better than the other side. Truly an exceptional job! He recommended a wax to use, but more importantly, he kept his word on everything he had promised to do from the beginning. As I said the service was great, the people were nice, and the work was outstanding. If you need any body work done in the Bronx, or NYC in general, Joseph's is the place to go. The people who work here are very professional. When I brought my car in for some work they were open with me about what it would cost, the time it may take and the full scale of what really needed work. At no time did they try to sell me on something like a new transmission, since it was rear end work that was needed. When I came to pick up the car on the date they said it would be ready I was very happy to see it waiting there for me. There was no cost overrun from their initial estimate and if I didn't know better I'd have sworn the car never had any work done. Everything matched up like it did from the dealership. Joseph's Auto Center came highly recommended to me by a friend. My Jeep was hit by a corporate truck, I took it there and told the insurance company where it was at and that was it. There no bull $h!t approach in dealing with the insurance company was imperative in getting a speedy approval. As for the repairs of my vehicle, top notch paint matching and repairs also and they went the extra mile as well getting rid of some minor dents and scratches that they didn't have to nor did I expect plus my Jeep was fully detailed. I went to this place after being referred by like 10 people I spoke to, everyone kept telling me that they are the best. Since it was my first time and since I do not always get into accidents I tried them out. well all I have to say is that the color matched perfectly to my car and they even cleaned the whole car not just the front where my damage was but the whole car . I dealt with Chris who was very professional and diligent with making sure the insurance company didn't cheat my out of any used parts or aftermarket part.
