Our first orders came out, but my cookie ice cream sandwich had barely any ice cream compared to my husband's. Like not even a scoop of ice cream it was like a spoonful. For $14, that's inexcusable. We then placed an order for four cookies. Instead of finishing our order, the employee repeatedly prioritized a large family behind us. She asked what we had ordered "said the system didn't register it" but when one person stepped away briefly, she chose to serve other customers which included giving away the exact cookies we had already ordered. When our friend came back (not even 5 min later) we were told the cookies we ordered were no longer available. Instead of addressing the mistake or offering a solution, she continued serving multiple other customers while we waited nearly an hour with no resolution and no refund. While it's clear she was overwhelmed, that does not excuse the lack of basic service, communication, or accountability. No business should be operating with one employee if this is the result.
