This has been our go to spot for ice cream, not for the service but for solely ICE CREAM. We have tried many establishments in the area and Bruster's really beats them all for its taste HOWEVER their customer service/efficiency needs massive improvement. The students who work there are soooo slow. Not once we had to wait less than 25 minutes in the line. No one is efficient and fast. They're like a lunch of sloths! Not sure if they haven't received adequate training or if they're told to take their time but I see my kids and many other kids getting pretty impatient for waiting that long! Take your puppies here for one of their FREE PUP CUPS! We love stopping by Bruster's on the way home from walking Colonial Williamsburg to get our puppies one of their pet-friendly ice cream cups.
