Decent ice cream but what's up with the "decent prices" comments?!? It's very difficult to find any item less than $6 and most of them are closer to $9 for one item! The flavors here are really great! Everything that I tried was very good. I wish the vanilla cherry was actually a almond cherry ice cream and that would be amazing! We have tried many establishments in the area and Bruster's really beats them all for its taste HOWEVER their customer service/efficiency needs massive improvement. The students who work there are soooo slow. Not once we had to wait less than 25 minutes in the line. No one is efficient and fast. They're like a lunch of sloths! Not sure if they haven't received adequate training or if they're told to take their time but I see my kids and many other kids getting pretty impatient for waiting that long!
