I didn't order ice cream but someone behind the counter was oddly concerned that customers might be deceived regarding ice cream color by their display of old ice cream on top of new ice cream after changing a tub. 1) Your (potential) customers are smarter than that and already understand how ice cream works. 2) If you're so worried about it don't display it that way. First time ever hearing of and enjoying the tasty late night treats they serve. I was not disappointed at all. One of the best brownies I have ever eaten, and then throw on some ice cream...what a way to end the night. However, what really sold me was their customer service. I have a kid with multiple medical conditions, T1D being the trickiest one. The gentleman who served us, upon inquiring about carb counts, produced a large binder with all the nutrition facts for each item they serve....EPIC WIN. For the first time at a new eatery, we were able to get the exact information we needed without having to do multiple searches for the closest match. Super nice service. Tried the double chocolate mint, m&m and peanut butter. The mint was decent but i just didn't love the combo, but I also don't love like thin mints. The m&m was very good and the m&m were melty too. The peanut butter I thought could have more peanut butter taste and it was slightly grittier in texture but also tasty. I definitely would recommend m&m or any cookie with that base like chocolate chip bc that cookie was delicious, i also love that they serve them warm! read more

Ordered online around 5pm and they were ready like 15 minutes later!! Loved that you can set a time to pick up the cookies. I ordered these for my kids birthday and they were a hit at the party! I paid an extra $3 to have the cookies individually wrapped and it was so worth it. All my guests said they loved the cookies! I taste tested a bunch and they were all good. My favorite is the snickerdoodle. I liked the sugar however it has a slight lemon hint which I'm not that big of a fan of. The area of the shop is so nice and beautiful! read more

We went to visit family in the area. So when they told us a Insomnia Cookies was nearby, i already knew we were going!! Lol. When we arrived we saw they had street parking and its kinda like a toŵn center area. Luckily since it was around the holiday it was barely anyone there. We were greeted as soon as we entered by a bubbly and friendly cashier (Jaye). He gave us the run down about each cookie and helped us pick. They have classic and deluxe cookies as well as ice cream, brownies, and milk. The deluxe cookies are bigger. I got walnut chocolate chip, triple chocolate, snickerdoodle, salted caramel, and a brownie. They're a little pricey if you're getting several. I paid about $24. The walnut chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and salted caramel are my favorite ones. They were fresh out the oven and a decent size. I'd return but i probably wouldn't buy so many next time because if you can't eat them within a day they get hard. They are sold warm and have just the right amount of soft and crunchy. Yum!! I wasn't a fan of the brownie, but the cookies stole the show. They are also open late, so if you have a sweet tooth late night this is the spot... This was my first time visiting an Insomnia Cookies. I ordered the peanut butter cup cookie, and it was delicious with a nice combination of sweet and salty. At $4.50, it was a lot for a cookie, but it was a large size. They also have smaller cookies for around $2.50 each. The clerk was friendly and helpful in making our selections. He knew about the cookies and helped us decide which ones would fit our tastes. I was with my daughter who got a box of 6 cookies free after spending $5, which was part of a graduation promotion. The store was bright and clean with cookies displayed and a large menu board. The location is easy to find in Midtown Row, with parking in front and at the little shopping center across the street. read more

I guess the concept is to get s cookie late at night delivered to your dorm room, so maybe your expectations aren't too high, but I would want a better flavor cookie. read more

this has quickly become one of my favourite spots to visit, much to the complaints of my family, and both the cookies and staff there are wonderful. i've so far had great experiences and the staff has definitely handled the quantity of customers well. however, on my most recent visit tonight, one of the employees was biting their nails and scratching themself, and from what i could see said employee hasn't washed their hands when then going to help handle some food. it was just kinda... gross. i'm just going to have faith they did not handle my cookies and hope that the staff is more aware of instances like this is the future. good cookies though! read more
