My only regret is not finding Dr. Glaser and scheduling an appointment 13 years ago when my pain…read morestarted. I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Nikita is amazing and friendly always making me feel calm while doing my medical intake (it would always cause me anxiety to discuss my medical problems). And Julie, she's at check out, super sweet and helpful when it comes to insurance questions and booking appts and procedures. The surgical center, hands down the best! From front desk to the nursing team, they are all super comforting. I had Sonia and Chelsea as my nurses and they always went above and beyond.

Extremely rude and disrespectful front desk staff. Instead of helping resolve the issue…read moreprofessionally, we were spoken to with attitude and told "we can argue until midnight." Completely unacceptable customer service, especially when dealing with patients and billing concerns. Very disappointed with the way we were treated.

I was referred to Dr. Sharazi, for pain management…read more My first appointment, I was to be seen by him to go over some MRI's that were ordered for my lower-back. When I arrived at 10:30 am, I had my paperwork in-hand & filled out for them. I waited at least 50-minutes before I was even taken back to be seen by the 1st employee out of a total of 4. 3 other patients were taken back & seen by the Dr. who had appts scheduled after mine, & who had come in an hour or so after I had. Turns out they were basketball players, so I guess the get special treatment. I was spoken to by the Medical assistants, & 2 other RN's, all repeating & asking the same questions over & over again. At this point it was about 1:30, & it was obvious that these nurses were just trying to keep me busy, until the Dr. felt like coming in & doing his job. When the Dr. finally made an appearance, he ran me through some physical movement exercises which took about 1-2 mins, & then proceeded to reiterate the same questions I had been asked 3 other times by the previous employees of his. So when I was answering him, I was naturally irritated when he was on his cell-phone texting, & providing me with intermediate "mmhhmm" and "Uhhhhuuhhss" - to my answers. After the Dr. saw me (for the whole 4 minutes he remained in the room) I was then told the reason why I was being held for so long was because their office failed to obtain my MRI results, & could not perform a proper diagnostics without them. Being that it was reaching 3pm, I decided to reschedule my appointment. I show up to my second appointment, & SURPRISE! They are running 2.5 hours behind schedule, & also told me that if I didn't have my MRI results with me, then I should just "reschedule" (Yes, you read that correctly). All in all, the Dr. seems incompetent, at least when it comes to the operational aspect of running his business. and just a helpful tip- they do NOT validate parking, and it was $20 each time I showed up & wasted my time. Oh, & I am still in extreme pain, due to not being able to actually see the Dr. to get my medication refilled.

I have been seeing Dr Nini & Dr Lee with Full Range Spine Institute for a little less than a year…read morenow. I've been to all 3 of his offices. The Encino office is a little closer, so I started seeing him here. The staff is friendly. The office is shared and Dr sees patients part time here. The wait room is smaller but clean and welcoming. They do not validate parking. Street parking is metered and difficult to find. Structure parking is available but a little spendy. Dr Nini is a no nonsense guy but seems to really know what's going on. He listens to my symptoms and proceeds accordingly. My pain levels and medications have decreased because of his procedures.. And I am thankful. Happy to have found him!

Dr Jason Wei is a rock star doctor, super kind, incredibly bright, perceptive and conservative…read moreregarding treatment in all of the best ways. His analytical approach combined with his truly kind concern for his patients well being is remarkable. Most pain doctors just want to give you more shots, blindly hoping that they will hit the right spot. Dr Wei wants to make sure that he's doing what you need before he does it. I can't say enough good things about him. Dr. Paul Lee is another skilled practitioner. He knows exactly where to apply botox to keep the migraines at bay. I read an article about a pain clinic in Texas offering nerve blocks for long covid loss of smell. Dr. Lee worked it out so that insurance would cover the procedures. He's worked a small miracle for me. I love that these 2 men are listen. They hear their patients and respond appropriately. Dr. Roy Nini is the senior member of the practice, captain of the ship, so to speak. He's skilled, doesn't waste time, and knows what to do to help you feel better.
