He refused to shop around even though my premiums doubled. He insured my home for twice the value, telling me the extra coverage was required since the cost to rebuild was more than the value (even though there was other coverage that was supposed to cover that need). He was unprofessional and condescending. Stacy (his wife) was also not helpful. I finally found another agent who put me with a top named insurance company and saved me approximately $3,600 a year on homeowners and auto insurance and I don't have to prepay upfront a year's premium to get a discount. I am now paying half what I was with Mr. Fine's Agency. Also, iIt is the same to pay monthly as it is to pay everything up front and my limits of liability were double with Mr. Fine and now my deductibles are much lower. I would recommend not using Mr. Fine's Agency since it is clear he doesn't act in the client's best interests and gives you a hard time with cancellations and getting refunds. I note his 5-star reviews are over 5 and 6 years ago.

Now we are getting collection notices for a policy Stacy should have cancel, no email should have been required, she was told on the phone and said she would take care of it! We have text to comfirm. I guess that email bullshit gives them some extra money for their condo in Florida. They let me file claim, gave me the enterprise rental reservation number and still never told me I did not have insurance. I get a call on the 18th almost 3 weeks after my insurance was cancelled telling me they are not going to fix my car cause I did not have insurance.....I was so upset, filed with BBB a complaint and got a call from Corporate saying they were not going to honor the claim, so all I can do now is make sure everyone knows that you are not in good hands with Allstate....
