I stopped in after looking at suits online because I wanted to see the cut and quality. I immediately got the help I needed. I had pretty much already picked out my suit, verified in person, so the rest was about getting fitted and finished. The tailor was efficient and accurate in measuring the alterations. Recommendations for suitable shirts and ties were helpful. I had to have the suit shipped since I was leaving Chicago before the alterations could be finished. I chose a good time to shop since the suit was on sale and I got additional $$ credited by using the BB credit card. My suit arrived on time and with an excellent fit. Now I need to find more reasons to wear this outfit.

That said, when it came time to pick a suit for my upcoming wedding - I knew I wanted to go big with a Brooks Brothers Wool Sharkskin 1818 design. Having only been able to make it to the store time in the final few hours that day on a Friday, Reggie greeted me, understood my request right away and made me feel very well taken care of. He understood the urgency and care that was needed with my request and ensured he could get the suit measured with the tailors on staff just before they left for the night. I would highly recommend going through the experience of getting a special suit - just do your homework and know what you want to try on before going in as this is a store that will have what you see online whereas an outlet will not. Thank you so much Reggie and the Skokie Brooks Brothers team for all your help!

Yikes! What a mess tonight for the Colston Loveland appearance! I will give credit where credit is…read moredue. The store provided hot cider, beverages, luggage tags, Pellegrino for us patrons attending the event. Colston arriving late was out of there control but what wasn't out of their control was how they handled the crowd and the lack of accountability in making us wait, wait without any updates. The staff allowed people to come in and there was no rhyme or reason on how the line was set up inside. The line went sideways when Colston was interviewed by Tom Waddle because everyone got out of line so those that got there earlier had people who were in back go in front. Nothing was done about this when it brought up to one of the people running the event (dark haired brunette). This is the same person that seemed to speak differently to people of color vs. caucasian people. Needless to say, there should've had a event staff run this event because it was clear, whoever ran this had little to no experience the crowd size of 200+. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth as I shared with folks ahead of tonights event at LifeTime Fitness about this event featuring performance apparel. I'll make sure to redirect them to Lululemon or Ten Thousand.

Everything I have bought from Vuori seems to hold up really well in the wash without any shrinkage, which makes it worth the extra cost.

There seemed to be a lot of cute things that I could browse had I had more time to shop. I ended up grabbing several boxes of moisturizer and headed to checkout. The cashier was very friendly; she called some manager trying to check if I could combine two deals at the same time. I had a 10% off the entire purchase for the first time for rewards member coupon, and a monthly $5 coupon. As she apparently did not get a clear answer, she scanned both barcodes to let the system decide. It worked and saved me over $15. That's perfect customer service!
