I walk by this store everyday in the pre-dawn hours walking my dog, and the store windows always look amazing. And hesitated to go in after reading some of the reviews. Today I had the opportunity to go in as I had the day off work. I was dressed poorly - yoga pants, sweatshirt, and the knit hat I usually run in. And yet the ladies working couldn't have been nicer! I experienced none of the attitude other reviewers mentioned. They were all kind, helpful, not overly pushy or sales-y, and even called around for a sweater in my size that they didn't have anymore. Now the prices are not cheap- but on a strip with Eileen Fischer, Nic & Zoe, etc., why would you expect it to be? They have a lot of different styles across the board - tops, accessories, shoes - and if you look you can find things in just about any price range. I like shopping local and will definitely be going back, especially when I see a cool top in their window display.

I am a social shopper and enjoy building relationships with the individuals I shop with...I walked into Ella Louvi a few weeks ago and was greeted by Grace - the owner herself. Not only did she recommend pieces and bring them to me in the fitting room, but she went into detail on what and how I can wear each piece for different styles and looks. Since that first experience, I have been back to her store every other day picking up items one piece at a time because her items are chic and unique, high quality, and very affordable. I got a smoking hot red jumpsuit for under 100 dollars, unreal! After my next couple visits, I had an email in my inbox from Grace thanking me for shopping with her and that she really enjoys talking to me while I shop, and now we talk almost every day! She keeps me up to date with what she has coming in and when, sends me pictures so I know what I want to try on during my visits ahead of time, and is always willing to put items aside/hold them until I have a chance to come in. Shopping at Ella Louvi with Grace and her wonderful coworker Ania guarantees you will walk out with a one of a kind piece that fits you flawlessly and doesn't burn a hole in your pocket at the same time. Customer for life (unless I move!).

They have a wonderful selection of children's and women's clothing. I can always find something classic or trendy for myself and/or for my daughter. When my daughter, at 12, needed a dress to attend a wedding in Dallas, they were the only store where I could find a dress that was cute and tasteful (not skanky and age inappropriate like so many of the other stores). They also do a wonderful job of monogramming items for all ages. I have found them agreeable and knowledgeable. I like to look around without a lot of salesman input, and then get my questions answered when I am ready. They are very professional which is just how I like it!

I've spent hundreds of dollars on Lilly Pulitzer here since it's local (and they have unique pieces that may have been sold out or hard to find). One blonde associate is very rude and honestly kind of snobby. I came in dressed in Lilly and with money in hand to spend on this great place I've frequented before. I asked a question and her tone of voice and demeanor was dismissive and condescending. It's a shame because Kathy is wonderful and I've always loved being able to purchase items that may have sold out on the website.

After patronizing the store for many years I have grown a great fondness for Trisha and Luanne, who to me are always very sweet and extremely helpful to me. Actually all the ladies that work there are, but over the years I have built a special bond with the two of them. The jewelry there is beautiful and one of a kind, something that when you wear it people notice, and I always get compliments on. They also carry purses, shoes and other accessories. They are located in the Woodfield mall near the Nordstrom annex. Also one other little perk is, they always offer you a free bottle of water that has a beautiful motif on it. So if your looking for something special and truly unique this place will definitely have something you'll like. In case you haven't noticed, again it is truly one of my favorite places to shop.
