Great sales, styles, and incredible service. I bought 2 suits for upcoming interviews and I have never purchase as a suit before, so I was dreading the trip and the cost. Juan was incredibly friendly and had a sharp eye for good colors and styles, and also made it experience fun. Within an hour and a half I had everything picked, measured, and was put the door, although someone that has a better idea of what they want could be much quicker. I am very pleased with the cost and savings and love the suits! Definitely worth a visit read more

Looked online and figured going in to see the suits in person with an associates help would be better. So I just called and spoke to a Richard to make sure we didn't need an appointment for a groom to try on suits/tuxedos. Wanted the location to prepared and sometimes appointments are required - like for the bride's dress. The whole conversation was frustrating! I had to keep repeating myself and he didn't seem like he really wanted the business. He said they didn't have all the styles/sizes etc. in the store and when I said "well he can still get fitted and try them on and then just order the one he wants online, right?" He says in an annoyed tone "Um are you going to buy from another company or us?" Are you serious? Obviously I'm interested in THEIR suits?! Then when he asked a question about groomsmen, i informed him we were only interested in the grooms suit and if he still needed the info he started to say something but then said "you don't have to, I was just trying to help you but don't worry we'll take care of you" in the most condescending tone. Richard is clearly not a people person thus his business must not be either. There are plenty of other suit places to choose from! read more

We used House of Hines for the Groom's Party at our wedding. When the suits came in, a groomsman's…read moresuit pants were not the correct length. Also, the best man's suit had two different color accessories and the pants did not fit based on the measurements that were done. When the best man went back to pick up the suit, he tried on the pants and they fit. On the day of our wedding, we discovered that the jacket that he previously tried on and was the correct fit, had been switched to a jacket that was way too small. This was discovered less than two hours before our wedding. House of Hines had someone bring the correct jacket to our wedding venue and later refunded the best man. My husband and I reached out to House of Hines because we were extremely displeased and felt that we should have received some sort of refund. Although, the best man was refunded, the bride and groom were the most impacted. The stress, panic, disappointment that we endured, in addition to the wedding photos that were ruined due to one person not having a jacket on were astronomical. I expressed my frustration and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someone in a position to make it right, and was told I was speaking with the correct person. I am very disappointed. We did not have to receive a full or partial refund for the groom, but they should have at least offered us a restaurant gift card or something. We chose House of Hines for our wedding and we were impacted by our best man not having a jacket during our wedding ceremony. Our ceremony pictures will be forever ruined by their error. Any gesture would have been appreciated, but they were unwilling. I will not refer anyone to House of Hines and will warn people not to use them in the future.

The building also doesn't have air conditioning or much of it so it definitely gets quite stuffy in the summer. The employees were very nice and talkative so definitely expect a conversation lol. Some of the stuff was a bit pricey, but it really depended on the area of the building. They have quite a mix of old and valuable furniture and smaller items. I think it's definitely worth the look for people antique shopping.
