They send you over to the side to wait and do not get in any kind of hurry. Took my grandson and they wouldn't measure him. Said had to wait until three weeks before wedding. Took him back and they measured him and said we were good to go. Asked if we needed to pay then and was told no that could pay when pick up. Get a call from groom today that grandson needs to be fitted. Called the store and they said the measurements did not save because no payment. They are the ones that said to just pay when we pick up. The people that work here do not care and are not professional. I recommend you go somewhere else if you are renting a tux. Look at the number of one star reviews they have.
