What can I say? You Yelpers get it right sometimes…read more I had a leak under my kitchen sink and I had to replace the bottom of the cabinet under the sink due to extreme water damage. I did some Yelp research and decided to go with VN Handyman based on all of the positive responses on Yelp. They showed up promptly to my house and gave me a very fair estimate to make the repairs. I even had them quote me on some additional work I needed done around the house and they gave me a good price. These guys showed up on time and got to work right away. I monitored their progress to ask questions and they kept me informed throughout. These 2 brothers did a great job and I even asked them to come back in a few weeks to do some tile work. I highly recommend their service. They do the job right and charge reasonable rates. Before you call a contractor, consider calling VN Handyman. It was well worth it for me!

Vic told me that the entire job would cost $2800 Then halfway through the work insisted it was $3400 A little after that they claimed it was going to be $6000 When I pushed back against their tile choices (I asked for blue, they brought grey), they screamed in my face that it was a great color choice and insisted I look at the grey tiles in the sunlight. I am a single female who lives alone and had two large men yelling at me in my home was horrifying. But even more terrifying? The grey tile in the sunlight. They didn't finish the job -- I am going with someone else immediately.

He stayed late to make sure it happened. His painting skill and knowledge is excellent. He repaired holes in the drywall and retextured to match the rest. A rarity these days. Eduardo is the best! We loved him!

I saw some other review on Yelp (January 2019) stating the price of the job was changed while the painting was going on.  I feel I should add that this has never happened with us during any of the times we've used this company.  We were given a written contract with a set price at the beginning of the job, and that's the price we paid. Highly recommended!

His crew completed the job with excellent attention to detail, considerate respect for the staff & restrictions in our high rise community, and right on schedule while we were away. We came home to beautiful new floors that made a huge difference in the appearance of our home, but otherwise couldn't even tell they'd been there since they worked so neatly. We noticed one little flaw by a closet sliding door track a week or so later & those guys fixed it the very next day. We were very satisfied with their product, workmanship, service & very fair competitive pricing. We think you would be too. Greta & Bruce

The first time I hired KG contractor it was to paint my two bedrooms, remove the popcorn ceilings…read moreand hang a ceiling fan. I had received quotes from several contractors and Geovanny was the most reasonable quote so I hired him. The job took several days and Geovanny arrived on time each day, he finished the job in the timeframe he said he would and the work he did was great! He even made a recommendation to replace my glass closet mirrors because one was cracked which I appreciated the recommendation and had him replace the doors. This work was done early 2020 and I've hired Geovanny for several more projects since then. Stay tuned for my next review. I thought I could leave multiple reviews but I can't figure out how to do that so I'll add on here. After hiring Geovanny for my bedroom remodel I had a shortage in my circuit breakers. As a single woman I didn't know who to call so I started with Geovanny. He came over on Sunday, stood in a long line at Home Depot (this was during the pandemic) to buy the parts needed to replace the circuit breaker. He had my power working in no time. In 2021, I moved and since then have hired Geovanny for various projects, starting with painting the entire inside of my house, he replaced my kitchen counter tops, built and installed custom garage cabinets, hung multiple ceiling fans, hung shelves and built a desk. Most recently I had a water leak from my upstairs bathroom into my kitchen ceiling. Geovanny came over immediately, found the water leak, replaced my toilet parts and my leak is gone. I hope it's obvious how much I value the work done by Geovanny and his sons. I have recommended him to my daughter as well as friends. My daughter has also hired him for many projects and values his work. I wish I had other work I could hire Geovanny for but at this time my renovations are complete.
