Finally a handyman that is responsive, fast acting, PUNCTUAL, and did amazing quality work. Hernan was the third handyman that we had hired. The first one just stopped answering and the second guy tried to run off with our deposit. So when I met Hernan I was pretty skeptical. I hit him up on a friday night to fix a bathroom door that fell off the hinges. He showed up the next day at 8am sharp. For the hell of it I added a kitchen faucet that had low pressure and installing 4 door stoppers. Not only did he knock out everything in 3 hours, but he even helped with some other things pro bono. We had our walls plastered, painted, completely repaired. They did an amazing job and was there on short notice. Complete professionals. We have an almost 100year old house and they also repaired broken outdoor plumbing and indoor plumbing that involved re-bolting a toilet to the floor, no easy tasks! We called them back to refinish an outside deck and they removed and replaced rotted joists and planks. It turned out beautiful. Everyone stop what you are doing? If you're like me, your busy and don't have time to assemble any parts of the types of furniture. During this pandemic, I found myself working with the kids and my partner away for work, unable to do it ourselves. When I tell you that this kind hard working man goes beyond his customer services, it is incredible. Whether big or small or early or late, he is there and puts all the effort. I am huge on customer service and if I can give him a 10, I would. He deserved all of it. He was reasonable, professional, and kind to my little ones that kept passing through when he was working. Please refer everyone to him; you won't be disappointed. We were not, and my pictures aren't even half of the work he did. I must tell you some of my pieces were very complicated to assemble, he never complained, just would smile and kept working. A great attitude makes a great work environment. I contacted him the day before New Years and he responded very quickly, after apologizing that he didn't get back to me in a timely manner which less than 24 hours so it wasn't an issue He arrived exactly at the time he said and was friendly, very efficient, very professional and very easy to work with. He took measurements for shelves for the inside of 2 armoires, took pictures and used this awesome color matching tool to make the color to the outside and was off to get estimates. He texted me 30 minutes later giving me two options: one in plywood and then other more costly in pine. The guy is unbelievably efficient. I chose plywood and 45 minutes later he shows up with the shelves cut to size and proceeds to work. WOW. If you are looking for a guy who professional, quick, very efficient and VERY honest, look no further than this guy. You can't go wrong. The best handyman services I called in the evening they told me that they will arrive in thirty minutes they came right on time excellent customer service I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family I needed my queen bed to be assembled they did the job right with all the correct tools. H&J did a clean job they cleaned up all the boxes cut them up in pieces so it would make room in my trash. Both guys were patient clean nice respectful and understanding. I had a few pieces of my bed missing and had to wait for the delivery guy to come back and deliver the piece he forgot and they waited the whole time and charged me such a decent price I mean the guys were at my house for a good four hours. I had a situation were my closet rack/clothes hanger came down due to being overloaded and not properly installed. Hernan answered my phone call and we briefly spoke, I also sent 4 pictures to him via text. I asked if he could come out the same day, he said absolutely. we scheduled a time, 1300 hours, and he arrived early.
