From our very first meeting, Tom demonstrated exceptional professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. He took the time to visit our home, carefully measure the space, and listen to all of our ideas, wants, and needs. Throughout the design process, Tom offered numerous creative suggestions that enhanced both the functionality and appearance of our kitchen. Tom provided us with detailed CAD drawings that incorporated everything we discussed, along with several innovative ideas of his own. He was always receptive to our feedback, maintained a positive attitude, and consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to making sure we were completely satisfied with the design. Once fabrication began, Tom and his team built our custom cabinets with outstanding craftsmanship and completed the installation on schedule. During the installation process, Tom continued to offer creative solutions and improvements that further elevated the finished product. The final result exceeded every expectation we had. Our new kitchen cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and the quality, fit, and finish are exceptional. Not only do we love our new kitchen, but family and friends continually compliment the cabinetry and ask who completed the work. We wholeheartedly recommend Tom Miller and Miller Cabinetry & Millworks to anyone considering custom cabinetry for their home. It's hard finding people who do it all: good work, good materials, reasonable pricing AND great communication. Also PATIENCE. And I need that because I ask a lot of questions and I worry a lot but Jayson never was impatient or abrupt or too busy. Here are pics from the remodeling of the small kitchen in my 75-year-old, 750 sq ft. home. Kitchen looks way bigger now and is MUCH more functional. Previously there was a lot of dead space. I wish I had before pix! I didn't think to take any. I do, however, have one pic of the old laundry area off the kitchen and so am including that.

It says a lot about their honesty and integrity which is why I highly recommend them over using the task rabbit installers for ikea. In addition to their very fair pricing !!!

The cabinets are installed much more cleanly than previous cabinets the IKEA installers fitted for us. We were missing a couple of pieces and they made a second trip without charging extra. One of my best ever experiences with a home improvement team.

I found him on Yelp and was cautious about his work since we didn't know anyone that had used his services, but he was kind enough to let us see a custom kitchen he was completing in PV. He did an amazing job on that home, and that convinced us to move forward with him. Israel is an expert in his field and took the time to accurately measure and draw out the plans for our custom kitchen until we gave our approval. He was patient and worked with our budget. He and his team produced a high-quality job at a great and competitive pricing. He stayed on schedule and completed the job according to his contract. He was patient with me on the paint colors for the two tones that were used, and let me see various samples. We loved his work so much he also did our walk-in closet and master bathroom vanity. Our general contractor also complemented his work and said it was a top quality job and he does luxury homes. I would definitely work with him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Israel, we are VERY MUCH enjoying our new family room now! Thank you so much for your patience and expertise.

We recently completed our second project with Israel and his team…read more Our first project together was our office renovation, and we had such a positive experience with the team that we decided to move forward with a full kitchen remodel, which was obviously a much bigger and more detailed project. Like any major renovation, there were definitely moments of stress, miscommunication, and unexpected issues along the way. I think people should go into any remodel understanding that no large project is ever completely perfect. What mattered to us was that Israel and his team consistently tried to work through concerns, accommodate requests, and make things right when issues came up. One thing I especially appreciated was the patience from the team during the finishing stage. They were willing to listen, adjust details, and help troubleshoot things. That kind of attitude matters a lot during a renovation because there are always small things that come up after living in the space. In the end, our kitchen turned out beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care and hard work went into it. We're grateful for the effort the team put into our home and appreciate everything they did to bring the project to life.
