He was attentive to our needs and the result transformed our family room. It was a room no one sat in. Now, our family and friends flock there to unwind, have family movie night or to play games. The quality of his work impressed us so, that we had The LA Cabinet Company add a built in bar, floating shelves and cabinets to our dining room. Again, impeccable, flawless work. He then took on the challenge of our kitchen. My family and friends were stunned! Everything was to our specifications, gorgeous, and offered UNIQUE storage solutions. Mike is a skilled craftsman. He was responsible and respectful throughout the duration of the work. I cannot speak to value as we looked nowhere else. His work does take time, beauty and customization always does. His work was well worth the wait AND the way it has gathered our family together IS priceless!!! I highly recommend Mike and his team for all your cabinet needs.

After emailing back and forth, we set up a time for Mike to meet at my house to take dimensions and to talk further about what I wanted. Although I am very unfamiliar with any type of knowledge when it comes to shelves, parts, etc., Mike took the time to walk me through everything and even sent me photos and explanations of my options. Mike was very responsive via email and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted before he started to build the customized shelves and cabinets. Mike and his team were also very respectful on the day of installation. All in all, I highly recommend Mike! My living room turned out even better than I envisioned!

I am currently in the process of doing a full kitchen renovation with Mr. Cabinet Care and I am…read morevery happy with my experience. I will give another update once the project is complete, estimated in 6 weeks. I initially requested in home estimates from couple of different contractors through Yelp for a project I thought would be less than $10k. One of the other companies with positive reviews straight out rejected me because they said the project would be more than $10k. Mr. Cabinet Care, on the other hand, was friendly and professional despite of my quote expectation project price less than $10k. Mr. Cabinet Care showed up on time, carefully measured my kitchen, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly before giving me an estimate of around $45k. What impressed me the most was how prepared and transparent they were from the very beginning. Even though my original budget expectation was less than $10k, they never dismissed me or made me feel like I wasn't worth their time like the other company. Instead, Mr. Cabinet Care came with a well-organized folder containing the company's history, license information, areas of expertise, and references from previous clients who could be contacted for verification. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand, and he took time to build trust and rapport with me, I felt comfortable and confident to put the deposit to move forward with the renovation. After the first initial deposit, the second deposit due on the day of the surveyor came and remeasured and confirmed the project. That was the big deposit around mid $20k. Then after that, the third deposit due on the first demolition day $14k. I think the rest will be once its all done. I'll keep Yelp updated. On the first week of demo, Alfredo and Ruben came and removed everything. It was awesome. First day and all the all cabinets and drawers already out of the way. They worked so fast, efficient and clean. They covered the floor with tape, post the project's map and plan on the wall, and very respectful of my home. Third day of demo, all the wall had been patched and ready for the next step, the second week. Second week, the lead installer, David came and introduced himself. He worked so hard from 7 am till 3 pm. The field supervisor also came to introduce himself, Fausto. They were so professional and worked efficiently. At the end of the day, David would left my kitchen clean, all the debris were vacummed, and all of his tools and equipment were neatly placed on the table for the next day. Okay, this is where I stop, because I have to wait for at least 7 days for the company to make the custom made granite top. And I will update my review once the project is done. Another thing that I appreciated, all the staff came in the company's Tshirts, in the company's car/ truck. omg even their working truck was neat inside. Anyway, it was just neat, I appreciate that. On the first week of demo, when I had a misunderstanding with what they were going to do, I called the office, and Christin, project coordinator was so helpful and patience in updating and explaining to me what happened. Yeah, best customer service.

After waiting for half an hour, I called the company myself and was then told that they don't service my area for smaller projects. I completely understand if my project isn't a good fit for the company, but this should have been communicated when the appointment was made, or at the very least sometime during the two weeks we were waiting for the consultation. We cleared our schedule specifically for this appointment, so it was very disappointing and unprofessional to be left waiting with no notice. Bigger jobs that makes him more money get priority while people who spend $5,000 get nothing in return. always delaying the install when the cabinet is torn off. Always coming during 5 or 6 pm. But the worst part is him lying. I wasn't able to see the slab that was going to be used, didn't even get to choose the slab. Scheduling and everything was a mess. Left me without a vanity sink for almost 2 weeks. Told me that on 4/11 he will come out and fix the drywall as well as install the cabinets. And all he said was Monday "afternoon". Did not provide us with the time at all. When Monday came around, I texted him around 1 asking for more of a specific time and no response. Then around 3 o'clock I texted him again and no response. Just to later tell me his drywall guys car broke down and won't be able to come out. He said he will come out on 4/12 around 5 pm. He came install the cabinets with some defects where he said he will fix. He then told me the counter guy will be coming out whenever he is done with the counter. I told him on Wednesday 4/13 that is unacceptable cause I cannot just wait around everyday hoping to know what the schedule was is going to be like as I need to schedule the plumber also. He then tells me the counter top would be ready Saturday at 9:00 am. Here comes Saturday which is today the counter top guy came installed everything had to tell the guy to clean almost every single area cause he left all caulking/sealant all over my counter top and told him about the stains on the quartz also and he said not my problem packed his stuff and left. Later I texted Ed and he said he is on his way to address every issue we had. Told him about the stains on the quartz and he told me that is all natural and the "stone" is like that already. Got me confused caused I thought quarts was man made. He then told me that there is a lifetime warranty on the countertop, which is when I told him that this counter top is stained and I would like to use the warranty. He then goes on telling me that the warranty does not cover that. And goes in to pack his stuff and leaves. After he left he goes in to text me an image of Section 7018.5 Of The Business and Professions Code as he is afraid that I would not pay him. Went to 3 different yards to check out all their quartz slabs and show them all the pictures I have attached and every single one of them told me that he either bought a defective slab on sale or it was stained during fabrication and he does not want to own up to it. So if I had three industry experts telling me that the. Who should I believe. Ed has since returned any of my phone calls or text. Next told him we want to reuse our existing faucets. He said no problem. Later to find out the faucets were just placed in a trash bag and all damaged. I would kindly stay away and find someone else to do this work. Not worth the wasted time or your precious money.
