This is a late review - something I have been meaning to do for a long time. In March of this year…read moremy dryer was squeaking and making noise and I knew I either had to replace it or have it repaired. After searching the web I found Central Valley Appliance Repair and I went with him because he strictly worked on washers and dryers. He was able to come do the repair at the end of the day, so it was same day service. Prateek told me what was wrong with the dryer, got the repair done, did a courtesy check of my washing machine, gave me advice on how to maintain my washing machine so that it will last longer and was fairly priced. I would recommend his services if you are in need of a washer or dryer repair. It is now October and my dryer has been working perfectly since the repair was done.

So far so good it works and he seemed to be very transparent on the costs and etc. quick service.read more

Okay, so the convenience of being able to pick out new kitchen appliances and leave with them is…read moreworth something. Center Appliances in Manteca offered just that. We brought our truck, picked out what we wanted, they helped load it up, and my husband installed them that evening. Win! They do offer delivery and install, through a third party they work with. It was fairly reasonable but we didn't want to wait. Also, you can bring your old appliances back and drop them off. They will recycle them for you. Subtracting one star because the sales person was bad talking the brands they don't carry. With a passion. At the end of the day, even if the brands suck, I'm not a fan of talking negative against the competition. "I don't reccomend it." Or "We don't carry XYZ because we only carry products we can stand behind" would be sufficient.

My wife spent Thursday going to the usual places, Home Depot and Lowe's, prices were fairly high for basic models. I had her check some local appliance places as I try to keep our money local with local small businesses. She happened across House Depot and went to look around. Aaron greeted her and showed her what they had. Now House Depot sells new units that may have some blemishes or were denied delivery for one reason or the other. House Depot is then able to sell these new with warranty units at deep discounts. We were interested in two units, but I wanted to see them in person. I was able to get to their place of business about 15 minutes before they closed and looked at both. Aaron was gracious and stayed after closing to answer all of our questions and worked a cash deal on one of the units. We set up delivery for the next day. The unit was delivered and set up the next day as promised. Since this is a new unit there were a couple of questions I had that were not answered with the owners manual. Aaron called me back within a few minutes of leaving a message and answered my questions that also alleviated a concern I had. Aaron was so great to work with, the entire experience was top notch. If we need any new appliances, we WILL be going back to House Depot, the products, delivery, pricing and treatment just can't be beat. Also our money is staying in town with a small local business. My wife and I are extremely happy customers.
