Last Saturday my husband and I attended a picnic, hosted by Curi Odyssey, held at the Coyote Point picnic area in San Mateo. Your selection of food was great, everything was so tasty and delicious, especially the baked beans, the best I have ever tasted! As for my entrée, I had the barbeque chicken and my husband had the brisket, which he said was very good. The brownies were delicious, so rich and creamy and a great finish to a delicious meal. I wish you had a restaurant because I know we would frequent it often. I will certainly recommend your business if and when the occasion occurs. Jordan's Culinary Creation had catered lunch for us about every Tuesdays and Fridays. I was at the location where they catered to one Friday and I'm so glad I was able to try their food! I had the bbq salmon with pesto pasta, corn and salad. I've never heard of this place before, but I'm glad I found them through yelp! My goodness! The food was amazing!! I love pesto pasta and to pair it with bbq salmon was just delicious! It was tender and not dried at all! I would honestly love to see what other creations they come up with! I cannot get this lunch out of my head. Most places that I've had pesto pasta from before would always be either bland or too oily, but not here. It had just the right taste of pesto and not oily whatsoever! & the corn! Oh my, it was just sweet and yummy! It was so delicious. Jordon catered our backyard wedding this past weekend for 20 people. I come from a family whom all know how to throw down in the kitchen, and boy we're we all impressed with his food. Everything were cooked to perfection, nothing was too dry or salty. The short ribs were falling off the bone, the Tri- tip weren't over cooked, and the salmon was seasoned just right. We also got grilled veggies and Mac n Cheese. That Gouda Mac and Cheese with the crispy edges had his nieces going back for seconds. Very communicative and responsive!! As I was planning my event they gave me the information I needed to know what their options were and what would work for me and my budget. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to illness but they were absolutely awesome in accommodating me! Where to start? Jordon and his wife are absolutely amazing! I recently had two events that I was in need of a caterer. The first was for a memorial service and it was only a week out. So I asked some questions about food and if he was available for the date and right away I got a response to my questions. Jordon was more than accommodating. When the day cane the setup to the breakdown of the food was fabulous! Jordon made the setup look like a dream! The food and preparation were beautiful! Just visually impeccable! The taste was absolutely delicious! There wasn't anything I would have wanted differently. I wish I had Jordon for my wedding years ago! The second event was for an Alice and wonderland themed baby shower. I asked for a few different options that weren't on the menu and he was great at accommodating my extra needs. This review is long overdue. Jordon's catered my 62nd birthday party in my home in March. I thank them for making the evening stress free for me and delightful for my guests. The service was professional, friendly and prompt from the first phone call. I appreciate that Glenisha returned my initial call within a few hours. After we chatted and I gave her an idea of the type of food I wanted, she got back to me with a written estimate in a day. Everything about them was gracious and good. The food was yummy and my guests talked about the menu for weeks. We had Pear Almond Brie Filo as starters along with Honey Teriyaki Chicken Wings. For the entree Teriyaki Salmon, Jasmin Rice, Vegetable Stir-Fry, and Bourbon meatballs for those with fish issues. The linen and stemware were sparkling and the tables looked lovely.The service was excellent.
