Absolutely loved this little spot! It's exactly what you want out of a breakfast dinner. The staff is kind but efficient. The food is top notch and they are generous with the coffee refills. I got the quiche special which was delicious! My husband got an omelet with their delicious blueberry muffin and we split a stack of their blueberry pancakes. Everything was top notch and would totally come here again if we were back in the area!
Solid diner experience in Bar Harbor. Super fluffy blueberry pancakes and do not forget to splurge on the maple syrup or blueberry syrup. The blueberry syrup is more of a jam but it definitely enhanced the flavor of the blueberry muffin. Service was prompt and helpful. Refills on coffee and the overall menu was large enough to meet a party's different tastes and food cravings!
Classic diner atmosphere with bar stool or wooden bench booth seating. Good service, amazing pancakes, and great egg muffins too! Prices reflect the tourist location, but overall are worth it.

The blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup may take the cake for the best pancakes I've had. The quiche was also delicious! They also have a really cute shop next door with syrups and restaurant memorabilia to check out.
While visiting my family in Maine, I had breakfast at Jordan's and then a lobster roll to go on another day! Jordan's is a family owned diner style restaurant. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond! They are known for their blueberry muffins and wow I can see why! They are toasted and with some butter so delicious! My omelette was good and pretty hearty I couldn't finish it in one setting. The breakfast potatoes were okay, I would prefer them more crispy. The star of the show is the lobster roll! That was my first lobster roll in Bar Harbor and it did not disappoint! The bread was buttery and soft and the lobster was cooked perfectly and they gave lots of it which I was pleased with. They offer breakfast and lunch. If you are in town give them a try!
This was the first breakfast we had on our trip to Maine this summer, and it was such a perfect way to start the trip. The staff at Jordan's was so kind and welcoming, and the food was amazing. A little pricey for diner breakfast, but everything was delicious. We were seated quickly, and I ordered some coffee. I ended up buying the mug that my coffee came in because it was so cute! And they had a little store up front so I couldn't resist. I got a classic breakfast, which was delicious, and my friend ordered the blueberry pancakes because we were in Maine! so, duh. I snuck a couple bites of the pancakes and they were so rich and yummy. Highly recommend ordering them if you go here.... And getting the blueberry compote to go with it! It's a couple dollars extra, but so worth it. If you're looking for that classic diner, warm and welcoming, breakfast experience, Jordan's is the perfect spot.
Service is fast. Good diner food. Blueberry muffin is a must if you go here. Pancakes are okay. A little dry. The eggs are great and the potatoes are really good and very well seasoned. Everyone is really nice and it's a good local spot for decent breakfast
I went here at 5:30AM for my birthday breakfast. The inside as well as the service feels very homey and laid back. I ordered the blueberry pancake special and it was phenomenal. It was so much food that I couldn't finish it. I also tried the seasonal pumpkin chocolate chip muffin. When I say it was the best muffin I've ever had, I'm not lying! Great experience. Thanks guys!
We went as a big group to the restaurant, and even though it was busy, they were still able to seat us almost immediately! The waitress was very nice and gave us a decent amount of time to let us look over the menu. We thought it would take a while for all our orders to come out, but to our pleasant surprise, the food came out very quickly! It was soo good! The blueberry muffin and blueberry pancakes with the Maine maple syrup was super good. My friends got the blueberry syrup with blueberry pancakes and they said it was delicious! One of us tried the soup and they said it was a nice surprise. There are lots of ways to make a combo and so everything was pretty affordable too! It's also nearby the shopping district and there's tons of nice places to stroll around at after eating.

Great family-owned restaurant vibes where they churn out the food super-quick despite being incredibly busy. I walked by the grill on the way to wash my hands and they had a lot going on. Blueberry muffin is great homemade taste, just don't expect the sugar-cake bomb that is typical these days. This is simple and fluffy and highlights the local blueberries. Egg sandwich was good despite an undercooked (and a bit soggy) English muffin. Kids loved the pancakes. I was surprised to see log cabin syrup on the table in this area, but they would probably waste a lot of the real stuff in a place this busy.
Nothing beats a classic diner! Just one of those classic nostalgic feelings as soon as you step in. The energy of the staff and kitchen just going at full throttle, I loved eating here and would 100% recommend it. We got right in on a Sunday morning, checked into the front desk and let us sit where ever we wanted. Immediately after sitting down we were helped and got our orders in soon after. One of the most impressive parts was the system the waitresses have with the kitchen staff. They scream the orders to the kitchen and they get them prepped with out missing a beat, no tickets to read off of, just complete in sync. Now to the food.... I almost licked my plate clean after inhaling the blueberry pancakes with the blueberry syrup (a must and was warm syrup.) I was in heaven! So many blueberries, butter and perfectly cooked. Bacon was perfectly crisped, rye bread coated in butter, normal diner scrambled eggs, very tasty fresh home fries, and a delicious hot coffee. I left extremely stuffed! And food was served quick, not much waiting around. The chowder was also delicious and creamy and passed the spoon test (to see how thick it is.) Had a great clammy tastewhich i love with my chowder. Can't go wrong here and oh ya, the bowl of chowder came with a complimentary blueberry muffin! If we weren't too full at all I would have gotten the muffin grilled with butter. Definitely check this place out, great breakfast diner that you can't go wrong eating at. Definitely get the blueberry pancakes with the blueberry syrup! read more
We stopped at Jordan's for a late lunch (330p) and while the wait was supposed to be "30+ minutes", we were seated in about half that time. Obviously the big draw is their popover. I was expecting them to be sweeter than what they are, which is basically a muffin that looks blown out. Adding butter & jelly definitely make the popover better. Want to try a Chicken Pot Pie, popover style? Guess what? They have it here. I recommend sitting inside. If it's a hot day, for a seating near Table #52, as you'll benefit from having a nice breeze from the promenade area into the dining room. Service was lightning quick. Kiril was our server and he did a great job - food was out in 5-10 minutes. Even diner food doesn't come that fast. Tried a "Loon Call" pilsner which was also very good. The on site adjacent gift shop was an absolute zoo, and the bathrooms were trashed, so be prepared for that. I recommend trying to get reservations, or a later lunch, in order to get the best service. Also recommend sitting inside, as the outside was teeming with bees which would have ruined our experience. read more

Came here after the morning sunrise drive hike in Acadia and this was one of the like two places that were open. The server was super friendly and was great at helping us navigate the menu, even in our disoriented and tired state! Blueberry sauce on the pancakes was so good, and everything else was pretty on par. Would highly recommend this classic diner feel place to anyone in town on an early morning. read more
I had been wanting to go to this place for their known blueberry pancakes with my boyfriend whose family (Farnsworth) have known the restaurant for a very long time! The staff was sweet to get us a booth and place two types of cheeses on my boyfriend's omelet. Aunt Pam had the Belgian waffles with strawberries, I had the blueberry waffles with mains signature maple syrup and my boo had the blueberry biscuit and omelet. We all had coffee and it was so great to have gotten a voucher to shop at the store next door. This place was very busy but spacious with booths to sit at. read more
A very comfy cozy restaurant that offers a nostalgic experience. The restaurant opens at 5am daily and is such a vibe. I got the pancakes with blueberries, nothing unique but it wasn't bad either. The service was extremely quick and my waitress was extremely friendly. Definitely worth an experience! The pancakes costed $16. read more

So the hype was not worth it. Paid $15.99 for 2 blueberry pancakes with Maine maple syrup. Syrup was excellent but pancakes were disappointing. They were flat and not enough blueberry around the edges, also raw in the middle. Funny thing was as I was paying for my disappointment, saw 2 people at a table near counter with blueberry pancakes that looked fluffy and packed! Morale of story is if you are going to hype your excellent pancakes, be consistent on how you cook them as it may be I just got the wrong batch. FYI service was good and coffee excellent. read more
We came to Jordan's early before heading into the park. The service is definitely extremely fast, which is great if you're looking for an In-and-out breakfast spot prior to an early morning hike. I will say the blueberry pancake was excellent. I even purchased the blueberry syrup to go. However, the coffee wasn't good, I'd actually venture to say It was bad. Which to me it's important at a breakfast spot ! The eggs were also just okay. read more
OMG! What a DELICIOUS spot for breakfast! My girlfriends and I are STILL mindblown from the fresh blueberries in the blueberry pancakes, blueberry syrup produced in ME, and the blueberry pie! WOW! What a treat to be in Maine! I love that this diner is open as early as 5AM, it makes it easy to plan a day with a hearty breakfast followed with an ambitious hike around Acadia. I wish I had a picture of the food, but I ate that gigantic stack of blueberry pancakes SO FAST! We stopped by Jordan's just before entering Acadia. The diner vibes were on point and the service was fantastic! We ordered an omelet and bacon quiche with two blueberry muffins. Everything came out quickly and hit the spot before our long day of hiking! Also try the blueberry hot sauce, so dang good! read more

Food was pretty decent and portions were large. Ambiance is very traditional diner place, with booths, and simple menu. If you would like some simple breakfast, that's a great place. read more
Fueled up at Jordan's before a day of real cycling--not electric--in Acadia. My mate had a breakfast large enough for a family of four while I chowed down on an exceptionally large slice of delectable quiche. Not to be missed: the amazing blueberry muffin! Came in around 6 AM and there were a few booths available. We are seated immediately and given waters and can order coffee soon after. My partner and I split a stack of the blueberry pancakes with the blueberry syrup and a side of bacon. The good: service is fast and efficient. We were in and out within an hour. Attentive but not overly so. We got what we needed. The blueberry syrup was a lifesaver. Truly the best part of the experience. The bad: for a place famous for their pancakes, they were undercooked and had no flavor. Took a bite without the syrup and was so disappointed. The prices were high for what you got- 5.50 for 3 pieces of bacon. Between two people with coffees it was over $30 and pretty unsatisfying. read more

Food: The food was alright and pricey (probably due to the tourist traps around). The blueberry muffin was great! The sausages were a bit greasy. Service: Very friendly and quick. Ambiance: I love the traditional diner feel of this place! The restaurant is right in town so it gets very busy early on! We arrived a little before 8 am and we were seated right away. The restaurant had people in it, but it started getting busier right around 8:15-8:30 AM. read more
Blueberry pancakes are great. Everything else is fine, but didn't blow me away. A bit pricy overall and small portions, but the pancakes salvaged the experience. Was fairly busy early AM so prepare to potentially wait for a table. It's a "pay up front" kind of place so when you're finished you don't need to wait for someone to take your card and come back. Overall, worth trying if you like or want blueberry pancakes. Otherwise, at least based on the rest of the food we had, probably skippable. read more

The best and probably cheapest breakfast we had while in town! They tell you to sit wherever you like. Service was fast and excellent! The blueberry waffle and muffin was LOADED with blueberries! I didn't even need the blueberry syrup which was more of a compost but it was delicious! Highly recommend! read more

10/10 on breakfast diner food!!! Went to see the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain and this was the only breakfast place we found that was open. Lucky for us it was incredible. The blueberry muffins, blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup is something I'll be dreaming about when we go back home to Ohio! We were able to buy a few jars of the blueberry syrup to bring home with us. The Maine delight omelet was delicious as well. Great coffee and I've never seen so many friendly staff to welcome you.
