Yelp's 2019 best towing companies popped up as an option - my interest was piqued. Upon opening the web page it gave me a bunch of sponsored options. I noted one gave the option of requesting a quote online. I keyed in what I needed; my car towed to a dealership 12 miles away. Not only was Lauren Towing the quickest to respond but also by FAR the most affordable. My dude was able to arrive at my apartment within 25 minutes of my reaching out to him and telling I'm I needed someone ASAP. Around the arrival time I went outside to wait. The owner/driver pulled up, SO friendly. He was all smiles and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership - I did, but so did my mom. He got our car up onto his truck and took us both to the dealership, no biggie! During the ride he was so much fun to talk to and was genuinely kind, asking about what I was going to do with the car. When he learned I was trading it in, he followed up with asking what kind of car, and gave me some of his own fun opinions on cars. A very pleasant experience!
