Tim Jones Plumbing really is as terrific as all the reviews and city Facebook pages had said! We had a huge leak from our upstairs bathroom down into our dining room. He removed our damaged dry wall and soon after found the leak (shower cartridge valve connection was old and was busted). We were charged only $250 for diagnosis of the leak and the labor of the shower parts replacement. He could have asked us for more money but didn't. We made sure to give him tip money because he was honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. Tim Jones is definitely our favorite plumber ever!! read more

The owner Tim Jones is one of a kind, and THE BEST! I have old house (1964) and Tim repaired our damage main drain pipe, upgraded all our drain pipes in the kitchen, main bathroom, and washer in the garage. Tim's quotes are very, very fair, and he is very efficient in his work. He finished our projects on time (mostly well ahead of schedule). Tim is "MY GUY" in regards to any plumbing issues at my home. He is way better than any of the RotoRooter plumbers that I have dealt with in the past (and I have dealt with a lot, especially with my old home). read more

He did a good job installing new sink and faucet. Polite, courteous and on time. Only problem I have is the charge, $400 for 2 hours. $200 an hour seems excessive. read more

Tim Jones to the rescue! He is THE BEST! After finding so many good recommended here, we called Tim for help with our water heater. He came over on his way home. We were lucky that he could comer over so quickly. And, that is when we discovered that the water heater was not working because the electrical outlet was out after recent loss of electricity. So, we needed an electrician and not a plumber. We were able to fix this issue by re setting some doo-da- not sure what to call it! And voila, water heater worked just fine! We all had a chuckle and chatted for a bit. He is such a great guy! We are both grateful to you for stopping by so quickly and helping us troubleshoot this issue even though 99% of it was not even plumbing related. Anyway, it was super nice meeting you! Whenever we need a plumber, he is my go-to guy! Thank You read more

The best! Been out a few times for various problems. Kind, fair, and knowledgeable. I will never use anyone else.

This is the 2nd time we have had to use his services. He did a great job at my house at a reasonable price and came out same day when we had an emergency. Today my parents had a leak in their home, he came out and found it was a small leak and fixed it same day. They were so happy since they care for my disabled brother too. Another copper pipe pinhole leak (thank you Lewis Homes and the chemicals in our city water) in my Walnut home. Found leak near my emergency water shut off valve (which I had to install years ago due to large slab leak...again related to Lewis Homes), and slowly leaking into garage. I would have missed it, but kept hearing water on even with nothing turned on in house. I read my neighbors' reviews about Tim Jones Plumbing, called him, and he came out next day. He was friendly, professional, and fixed leak quickly. He cleaned up area thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Jones Plumbing to neighbors. He specializes in water leak detection and repairs (which you will need if you have a Lewis Home or live in Walnut/Diamond Bar area). read more

Tim is an arrogant rude unprofessional cheat in my opinion. Took total advantage of me in a very bad circumstance. Totally overpriced and sub par work. Get another plumber. read more

TIM SAVED THE DAY!!! We had a pretty serious leak that needed to be fixed ASAP. This happened with the worst possible timing, New Year's Eve. The earliest we could get some one out was 2-3 days (no thanks to Mike Diamond); until we called Tim at Jone's Plumbing. Tim was at my house in 30 minutes and had the job finished in about an hour. And he could've charged me whatever he wanted due to the horrible timing of the leak. Not Tim, he was honest and charged me a fair price. read more

I needed a water heater replacement. Jones plumbing gave me an excellent price. Tim, the owner, called me back after I left a message and was very responsive to our calls and texts. He either picks up or texts right back. He has replaced the water heater. Very nice, polite, and took about 2 hours only. I also got a permit from the city for the water heater replacement. The city inspector was completely fine with the installation and it passed the inspection. read more

Great Plumber. Tim (owner) went out of his way to come to my home for a clogged clothes washer drain on Memorial Day. Very fair price for great service, and clean. After completing the work, he stayed and tested the drain twice. I had tried four other plumbers that weekend and no one could help me until several days later.
