We needed a company that could respond quickly and handle a challenging situation, and Craftsman Sewers delivered. They arrived on time with the right equipment and got straight to work. They made incredible progress on the first day and came back promptly the next morning to finish the job. They never complained about how difficult the work was--they stayed focused until everything was completed. What impressed me the most was their communication, professionalism, and work ethic. As a fellow contractor, I appreciate companies that show up when they say they will, do exactly what they promise, and take pride in their work. The people who write the reviews are the ones that can tell you what can happen to you and how good the company is. Why did I need them? The block wall on our property line fell down. This wall ruined many of our plants and trees. The wall was 140 ft long. To fix this wall we had to host a tractor service for 7 days. They moved and parked their tractors daily on top of our septic tank and system Yikes!! I needed an honest company that would come and verify that our septic system was OK. This became a huge worry. Craftsman Sewers came in and cleaned out our septic tank. Then they took a camera and inspected the tank, lines and seepage pit. All this was documented by photos. Felix was very communicative and honest. We did have issues that needed to be fixed to be have a certified system. Felix explained to us what we needed to do to fix our system. Currently, Chris, Chris and AJ are fixing our issues. Once our septic system is finished then our certification can be done. This will be a great day Thank you Felix and the men of Craftsman Sewers for all your hard work in this very hot weather.

We did a search and he picked Expert Septic Sewer Drain Service to come out. They were there within three hours, and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half of their arrival. What a relief! I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low. Unfortunately my condo complex is built as cheaply as possible so nobody carried the part, so i decided to just let Dan replace it. He did that and a full flush for a reasonable price. His professionalism and efficiency, his patience with me, and competitive prices are top-notch. He was extremely honest and professional, keeping me informed every step of the way during the install and making sure that I approved things such as placement of the water filter/softener system, how I wanted the lines ran, and even went above and beyond to tie the drain into my house's sewage system so that it looked as clean as possible. Most other plumbers I called wanted to run the drain for the system across the entire garage to tie into my laundry drain, but Miles took one look and said he could do one better than that. For our pressure reducing valve, the original one was soldered on without any way to replace it except by cutting the copper piping on both ends. Before installing the new replacement valve, Miles made sure to install unions on both ends of the pipe so that in the future, if I ever needed to replace it again, I could easily do it myself without having to call a plumber. Out of all the plumbers I contacted for estimates, Jerry's plumbing was the most honest company, providing the best pricing, while offering (in my opinion) the cleanest workmanship. Overall I'm am extremely happy and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
