My hose bib in the back of the house sprung a leak at the soldered joint. I actually reached out on an FB group called the Walnut Buzz asking everyone for recommendations and Chris came highly recommended, so I called him... he was very helpful sans was able to fix the leak and I had him replace the main shutoff with a ball valve to get rid of the old gate valve... I'm a happy camper! When I have time for more projects I'll be calling him again! Called Chris again... this time on an emergency... I tried to install a bum gun (like a bidet bit more like a water hose for your bum) but could stop it from leaking... ended up replacing the shutoff valve, and fill valve... was a bigger job than I anticipated, but Chris came to the rescue like a champ! Thanks Chris! read more

Chris is a professional plumber who will get to the root of your plumbing issue. He is also a decent, personable person who you will feel comfortable having in your home. Chris diagnosed a mysterious leak that was spilling onto my floor. He then replaced the drainpipe that was causing the issue. He was upfront with pricing. All together an A+ plumber and individual who I will continue using in the future. read more

I found Rooter Plumbing through a community referral because of their friendly neighborhood services. This is a small business operated by the owner husband and wife who has been servicing in the walnut, West Covina, and surrounding areas for many years. My attempt to self install the bathroom faucet didn't go so well as I could not remove a stuck faucet caused by metal corrosion. Chris, the owner, removed the most stubborn faucet that had been on the sink for over 30 years and installed the new faucet for me. He is very passionate about his work and guarantees his services. Overall great experience and the service fee was very reasonable. read more

Chris came when it was discovered that our original connection to our water main was incorrect. It seemed like a simple issue at first but when he reconnected the main, another section of our pipe burst, likely because it was so old/done from pvc instead of real piping. This caused a huge headache and a quick job ended up taking two days. Chris was amazing and really did everything he could to help us. Chris was also incredibly patient with us. My uncle, the owner of the house, is a notoriously difficult man to work with and freaked out when the other part of the pipe burst. My uncle was pretty unreasonable, but Chris followed through and still helped us out. My sisters and I were really appreciative of his willingness to finish the job even after my uncle's explosion. We received notice that the water district wanted one more thing adjusted at the main's connection and Chris agreed to come back and fix the issue free of charge since it was a simple fix. Overall, I would highly recommend Chris's services! read more

The day before Labor Day I started hearing what sounded like running water. The sound was barely noticeable, but it wouldn't stop so I decided to look for a technician to check it. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult and expensive as it was a holiday weekend. I found Chris and Nikki's information through the Walnut Buzz FB group. They had been recommended by so many people, and I could see why. Nikki responded very promptly and was able to schedule a visit asap. Chris came to check out the damage and gave me my options. The best part was that the decision was entirely up to me, he wasn't pushing me into doing anything. After determining what was wrong, Chris was able to fix everything in a day! Great work, prompt responses, and friendly people. Would recommend! read more

I manage a lot of properties so there are always clogged drains, garbage disposal problems, leaking toilets and water heater issues to deal with. So it's great to find a professional, licensed plumber that knows what they are doing at a reasonable price. I just call Nicole and she coordinates with the tenant to get Chris out there to fix the issue. If only other types of vendors were so easy to work with! I highly recommend them! read more

Chris and Nikki are amazing. They have been helping me for about 4 years now since my last home and have been so loyal to come out to my new home even when I was out of their city networking. They have come when I needed them the most and have done my small clog clean outs to my whole pipe replacement for my entire house (even when I haven't been the closest customer to them). I almost don't want to review them because I don't want anything to change where I can have Chris as my plumber forever. But I know his business is growing and hopefully it remains as successful and loyal and honest as both of them are since they started. Chris will tell you what's best for your home and won't try to do the most expensive thing first. Let's just say he came so far out to do clean outs and section replacements to the point where he said, "it's time" (for my whole house to be repiped). I trust his advice completely. And that's saying a lot for an industry full of not so honest people. read more

Thank You so much Chris Bonilla! He saved us again. We've had several plumbing issues on our leased home. He has been amazing! Honest, efficient and not as pricy as other quotes we have received. He didn't charge us today. Thank you so much for the great work! We will continue to call you for issues and refer you. Highly recommend ! read more

Nicole was very friendly and kind. We asked if someone could come out and detect where our leak was coming from-we only heard hissing in the bathroom, she said no problem and we set an appointment for Chris to come out. Apparently, he doesn't do that, they hire out for that. He never inspected our bathroom and only told us we need to repipe our entire gone because of the year built. And then left. Pretty disappointed, but glad we weren't charged for his visit because the "inspection" is free. Disappointed. read more

Nicole answered the phone and quoted me one price and said unless something extra was being done it would not be more. Unfortunately, when Chris showed up, he said the price was 50% more than she quoted me but since I was really tired of waiting for the problem to be fixed, I just agreed. But to increase the price by 50% without doing anything extra, I thought was deserving of the two stars. After they saw my review, Nicole messaged me and tried to resolve the situation so i added one star to the original review making it three. They did not actually resolve the situation. I just added the star because I appreciated the effort. read more

Just want to start by saying this company is top notch. I called 2-2-18 around 2:45pm and asked what they charge to clean out a stoppage. The lady told me $40. I asked if they could do it today between 5 and 5:30pm. She asked if she could call me back so she could talk to the tech. She called me back within 5min and said yes they could do it TODAY at 5:15. I told her that would be fine. So right at 5:15 Chris the tech showed up. He asked me what drain it was. I had tried to unclog it myself but had no luck. Chris had it unclogged in 15min. Then gave me some advice on getting a new toilet. He was here about 20min. I will be recommending Chris and his company to all my friends and family. read more

These guys were quick and very knowledgeable. I like how they showed me my problem with their camera.

We needed to replace the water valve of our washing machine as it was leaking. I searched Yelp & decided to call Rooter Help based on the reviews. When Chris first came & gave us an estimate, we knew we found our plumber. He was honest & explained to us our options. Our water valve was 20 years old, the original one when we bought our house, so finding a replacement valve was not easy, but he didn't hesitate & was confident he can do the work. He also gave us a reasonable price, the best one we received. Scheduling the appointment was also easy. Nicole kept us updated when he was coming. We'll definitely recommend Chris. Thank you! read more

Would highly recommend! Chris is awesome and gives great service. In the 2 plumbing situations we had with Chris, it took a day or 2 to have him come out. He gives you a good time frame as far as how long the job will take. He really takes care of his customers. Reputable and honest! read more

I offer Plumbing Services myself. However, there have been several times my equipment cannot handle the magnitude of certain drain clearing jobs. For those times, Chris is my go to guy. He understands the importance and urgency of getting the waste flowing again and his response time has always demonstrated that. Furthermore, his experience in the field translates to clear explanations of the problems and options for solutions. He exhibits professionalism and patience with a relaxed disposition. Which I've noticed first hand to have a calming effect on the home owner. Lastly, he's not trying to get rich quick on your unfortunate plumbing problems. I've price compared his services and he is by far the most reasonable. read more
