I don't know who is running the company now, but I recently received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I took my dining room chairs in to have more cushion added to the seats. Leather was in excellent shape, but just needed more cushioning. Out of frustration, I picked them back up after 2 1/2 weeks because of lack of communication and nothing being done. I called and left messages three times to find out the status and NEVER got a return call. The only statement from Crystal was that they are "busy, busy, busy". Fine, but they should have returned my calls as I needed the chairs! I don't recommend taking your furniture there - they will take in higher paying jobs from more important clients and push yours to the back of the line.

He quoted me $300 which I thought was high, but given the great reviews and how much I cared about the chair I wanted it done right. When I came to get the chair, not only were there all kinds of spots where paint was missed, someone put their dirty hands on it before it dried and the handprint could not be cleaned off. The worse part was that in one spat on the front part of the high back, there was a big yellow patch that was caused by poorly applied lacker. When I went to pay with a credit card, they reacted like I was pulling a gun out of my wallet and went on to tell me how they pay 5% for credit card payments, which NOBODY. Pays. Moreover they tried to charge me an extra $50 for the upholstery which they never said was extra when they gave me the quote. I even brought in the material. I broke my golden rule then when I walk into a place that is a disaster area, I walk out. Sloppy work spaces almost always mean sloppy workmanship.
