See my review from 2021 for the GREAT experience I had with my barstools being reupholstered…read more Before that, Mr. Moriel, Senior had reupholstered several items for me and I was very satisfied, which is why I returned this time. I don't know who is running the company now, but I recently received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. I took my dining room chairs in to have more cushion added to the seats. Leather was in excellent shape, but just needed more cushioning. Out of frustration, I picked them back up after 2 1/2 weeks because of lack of communication and nothing being done. I called and left messages three times to find out the status and NEVER got a return call. The only statement from Crystal was that they are "busy, busy, busy". Fine, but they should have returned my calls as I needed the chairs! I don't recommend taking your furniture there - they will take in higher paying jobs from more important clients and push yours to the back of the line.

Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it.
