From the very beginning, The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. I called and spoke with Matt, who asked me to send enough photographs for him to prepare an estimate by text. When I asked whether he needed to see the vehicle in person, Matt explained that he could provide the estimate from the photographs. This saved me time, and I received the estimate within about an hour. I was also pleased that the company was located nearby and able to service my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle, I worked with Matt to find a headliner material in the same color as the original. I also had a new wrap for my leather steering wheel, which was coming apart. In addition, I asked Matt to examine the leather cover on the driver's seat bottom, which was cracked and had foam falling apart. Matt said he would discuss the issue with his dad who was the owner. Matt called me within two days of dropping off the vehicle to provide an update. There had been a hiccup while they searched for the right leather, but when I explained that the vehicle had custom leather installed more than 20 years ago, Matt reassured me by saying, "Don't worry, we got you." I picked up my vehicle today and was very impressed with the work. The replacement headliner looked much better than the one originally installed by the manufacturer. The steering wheel wrap looked good, and the driver's leather seat was done well. Matt also told me that they had rebuilt the foam in the driver's seat. So, I brought my car in on a Friday and he was already outside and inspected my car. Took literally 2 minutes & I was out! I got the best quote I could find. So, on Monday, I woke up early to drop off my chariot to him at 7:20AM and told me it will be finished the same day! How awesome is that?! It was like music to my ears! He said he will call me once its done. By 3:30, he calls and its ready to be picked up! Talk about fast & efficient! Also, the fabric on the side of my door was also coming undone & had asked of he can put some kind of adhesive to stick it together.
