*Pro Glass is First Class*…read more Have you ever had an unknown inconsiderate hack golfer hit a golfball so badly it broke your sliding glass door? And they didn't leave a note? Well it happens...and if it hasn't happen to you yet, I still recommend Hugo and Pro Glass. My Dad's vacation home was the victim. A realtor contacted him about this expensive bad news. Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property. When I made the decision to go with Pro Glass, Hugo informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days for the glass to arrive, and required a 50% deposit, which was Zelle'd to him immediately. (paying cash will save you credit card processing fees = $70 in our case) The glass arrived in 4 days. We arranged to have it installed the next morning, and he'll text me when his guys where on the way to the property, so I can meet them and give them access inside the home. Oscar & Ivan arrived a few minutes before me and were already removing the shattered glass door outside the house -- they cleared & cleaned up every little speck from the ground. Not only are they punctual and professional, they're both super nice hard workers. Such great attitudes too, while doing hard labor in 100+ degrees in this humid summer heat. The glass was installed into the sliding door. Everything is back to normal. Looks & feels like new. They stand behind their work with an extended manufacture warranty for 4 years, and also 3-months guarantee from Hugo for their work performed by Pro Glass. I highly recommend Pro Glass & Mirrors for all of your interior & exterior home needs. They run an extremely tight ship shop. {{{Big~High~5}}} Walk-off Grandslam

Alex came out, assessed the space, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a quote. We set up an installation date shortly after, and he executed the vision exactly how I had imagined it. He was on time for both the initial measurement and the actual installation, which I really appreciated. The work itself was extremely thorough and clean, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly. He was also very responsive and readily available whenever I had questions before the installation. John's Glass had done some work for us in the past, so we called them. Julio came out, took measurement , gave us a price, and left. The next thing I know, he shows up with an exact match window and installs it, which was well covered by insurance. We had our house built five years ago. The sliding door never worked right. So, I asked Julio to look at it. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it, but he could come, tear it apart and try to fix it. Minimum charge was $150. Well, $150 was a lot cheaper than a new door. So, we had him come back. Within 15 minutes, he located and fixed the problem, and he gave us a few cleaning hints. The first time we used the door, we almost threw it out the other side of the wall. OMG! A door that actually works. The cheapest $150 we ever spent! Julio is on speed dial. The windows in my home are older but specific to my house so I was a bit concerned that the job be done well. These were obviously windows specifically designed to fit the architectural look of our home. The windows are double-paned, energy efficient and well designed, but they were leaking and leaving water marks between the panes. Impossible to clean because the water marks were trapped between the two pieces of glass. In addition there were metal mullions placed between the two panes. The job was to remove the glass in these windows, keep the mullions in place, replace the glass along with some of the broken hardware on the window frames, all the while managing to maintain the look of the window. From our first interaction with wife Chanel, who handled all the scheduling of the project, all progressed like clockwork. Chanel also manages the office and orders materials, . Throughout the first measuring of the windows, performed very accurately by Rob, every part of the job went extremely smoothly. The actual installation of the new window panes and frame hardware was handled perfectly. Rob and his crew arrived with all the right tools. We were totally satisfied with the way Rob's Custom Glass seamlessly took care of everything, including maintaining the architectural look of our home and left us with some great-looking clean windows.
