After looking online at other available motors; we found that ours was not top of the line. The installer left right after he was paid. We were charged plenty. We had to call and ask why we did not get a key pad or light on our garage . He told us, the new models do not come like that. Well our manual inside the motor package says the motor kit DOES come with a key pad. He has agreed to come and install one but failed to do so two times. Be careful, this company is not reliable. Over charges and fails to back his work.

The new HVAC company actually came out, opened and looked at the unit and determined the sensor and filter were dirty which was causing the noise. After cleaning, the noise went away and never came back.

I was absolutely thrilled with the results. Gilberto, Manny, and the entire team took great care to make sure everything was properly prepared before applying the paint. They paid attention to the details, cleaned the screens, and tidied everything up at the end of every day. Their workmanship and professionalism really stood out. A few months later, I had them come back to paint all of the trim on my house, and once again, they did an excellent job. I now count on Gilberto and his team for all kinds of handyman work, including window repairs, electrical work, plumbing issues, and more. They are trustworthy, kind, hardworking, and take real pride in what they do. I couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and honest people to work on their home. Give them a try--you won't be disappointed! Gilberto showed up on very short notice (awesome!) and agreed to come back 2 days later at 10am to knock it out (more awesome!). The appointed day and time rolled around - no Gilberto, no call. We had an appointment to get to, so we reached out and he eventually messaged back that he was stuck at the paint store getting the paint. We checked in several times as it was getting later and later, and he finally came over at noon. When I asked him what paint he was using, he showed me an already opened can of paint - and admitted he was 2 hours late to our job because he was getting paint for another job! We had explained we were looking for someone who could paint the entirety of the house exterior, that we have multiple paint jobs in the pipeline, and wanted to use a neighborhood company. It did feel like he initially misrepresented why he was late but we accepted it as him being short-handed and told him we would be happy to use him again if the job was good and he just let us know next time. He did the job and just left - never let us know he was done so we could take a look and pay him in person. That night he texted asking us to send his money - he charged us $400. The actual paint work he did was 4/5* (he missed a few spots) but the communication overall was terrible. Doing a pro job on something so fast and easy would have netted Bizarro loyal customers who would give them months of work, but sadly we won't use this company again.
