Also, very polite, professional, and detailed. 1st quote, the man used his fingers to measure and did not listen, he had his own visions. Other quote, the guy gave me nice pamphlets and drove off. Price was fair, tiny bit more than competitors but worth it for a big project. Preinstall: Gabriella, is the best. She guided me thru every phases, and spoke to my landscape guy and neighbor for me. Our communication were exceptional, fast and on point. VERY caring customer service. Installation: They worked fast and accurate. Zero flaws and the concrete work was concrete. Top notch install- all the way around. The owner went the extra mile evening the road for me. All of the materials were high quality. Highly respectful WORK. Motor-gate installation: Done beautifully, got 5 remotes! Came with warranty, all in one price. Final results: The gate, doors, fence, and slats came out PERFECT, like I imagined. Had a random neighbor drove up to me in his car, to tell me that the fences are so nice, his wife wants one too, haha. Anyways, I told him the sticker is right there, CALL ORTIZ FENCE, and don't bother me, JK JK.

It was a fair quote for the company and for the customer (us). Once the date was set the crew are early in the morning and put up the new fence by the end of the day (4:30 pm). They cleaned up nicely too before heading out, including taking the old fence. We have no hesitation in recommending the DFence Company team.

I guess the owners word doesn't mean much to him. Deadline was not met even after discussing week in advance and was told it would be installed. Unfortunately, he informed me that he would credit my $$ back without even trying to find a reasonable solution. Very disappointed. I am getting my money reimbursed.

Couple of weeks later no call. I thought maybe I missed the call or they took my number wrong so I went down in person and spoke to a very nice lady there. She explained everyone else was out of the office but that she would make sure someone would call me. No one ever called me. Probably didn't want to mess around with a small job I guess. ($1200.00) If this is any indication of their professionalism probably better off they never called. I would stay away from this company.

IF I COULD GIVE O STARS, I WOULD…read more When we met with Nick Sanchez, he told us he would restore our home to its pre-loss condition. We trusted him to complete the job. Instead, he abandoned the job during my pregnancy and shortly after we had paid him more than $19,000, leaving unfinished work and subcontractor issues that needed correction. He informed our insurance company that the project was 98% complete, even though work remained unfinished and some work required correction. He later filed a civil lawsuit against us seeking payment that we dispute, including amounts we maintain had already been paid, mitigation payment, and amounts for work that was not completed. Before he abandoned the job, at his direction, we met his wife, Carmen Fimbres, at their bank to deposit a check payment. The check was processed, and we have documentation of that payment. The amount is nevertheless included in the money he is seeking from us. Communication was also difficult. He expected his calls to be answered immediately. On more than one occasion, after I returned his call, he spoke to me in a harsh, raised tone and said, "Do you have a problem with me?!" We are now dealing with the stress of an unfinished project and a lawsuit over money we believe was already paid. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Nicholas Sanchez Jr. or NS Construction.
