I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Brothers Roofing was by far the best for quality and professionalism. We went with their quote and they were able to get it done within 4 weeks of our reaching out top them. The roof had some serious problems when they removed the old cedar shake shingles. There were some rot spots and even a whole that had been covered up by the previous owner. Rather than up-charging me for the extreme conditions of the roof, he was very fair. He only charged me for the actual costs of the materials and some of the labor. looking at the roof now and the excellent job that was done- we are very pleased with the whole project. The son came & was actually prepared with a ladder to go up the 2nd story. Yup I actually had roofers come unprepared but that's for another review. Arrived within his 15 min appt and said he would have an estimate within a few days & as promised he came thru. We're part of a joined roof with our neighbor & he too had his deck checked out as well. It was decided to have Lozanos Roofing redo our deck roof & we were not disappointed as he (the father, also Mr Lozano) came through with the time frame & pretty close to the estimate. It was later decided after the tear out that more wood was needed therefore the amended estimate. We understood that going into it as there was already some rain & wind damage. The job took 5 days and after each day his workers picked up every single piece of trash that was dropped before leaving for the day.
